Kristin is amazing! I’ve started cryoslimming and muscle sculpting with her and have already seen results after two sessions. She is knowledgeable and can explain everything step by step!

Amazing experience!! After emergency knee surgery they got me in within a few days. After only a couple treatments, I could feel it was helping me heal and the swelling was way down. I highly recommend this place, and everyone in there. Big thanks to them for helping me!!

This is my first time coming to the frozen in time cryotherapy center, Kristen was very thorough. She took me around her facility explained everything she has a beautiful
layout of her business I end up purchasing a facial, package and that came with a complementary foot detox, for the month of October I was very happy with the results. I will definitely come back and buy another package. FYI, the prices are very reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience at Frozen in Time! I wanted to try Cryo Slimming for the first time, so I booked a Freeze, Squeeze and Sculpt bundle. I absolutely LOVED it! Kristin really took care of me during my appointment. She is passionate about the well-being of her customers, and it really shows! Great service, conversation, and results! They offer many other alternative health and wellness therapies too. I will absolutely be back!

This is an amazing spa! I have problem with my knees, Kristin did cryo-therapy on them, what a blessing. I did the compressions on my legs, what a way to get pampered. I also had a facial, that felt so good and smoothed my face.

This is my go to spot whenever I am feeling any weird pains as I am an active runner. The owner is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help out as much as she can. My husband just had tennis elbow not too long ago and I scheduled him an appointment for spot cyro and within 3 visits his pain was gone. Highly recommend this place.

Dawn is amazing a so so knowledgeable! I work out like crazy and eat pretty good, and had trouble with those last few pounds and shaping my trouble areas. I am LOVING my results and feel like this was just what I needed to get on track after having my babies. She’s super sweet and makes you feel so comfortable!
