I have to agree with those who want this company to have 0 stars. Absolutely horrible and negligent company. Stay away from this Dr. office at all costs. I had one phone appt. in October of 2023. Just to get a referral for a specialist. I waited by my phone. No one ever called. I called the office. They explained, they were having phone issues that day. Later that afternoon a Dr. called me unexpectedly. I had my appointment then. They also scheduled lab work at their facility for the following week. I showed up for lab work. They told me they aren't open on the day I was scheduled. Why would they schedule me when they were closed It get's much worse. I kept receiving bills. My insurance paid (I have documentation). They double billed. I even spoke to the office manager, Donovan. He said they didn't double bill. Even though it shows up on my claims report they did. He also said he would return my call. That was over a month ago. I haven't heard back. One year later and I'm still dealing with this company......and it's all due to to their negligence. I continue to receive fraudulent bills and they've damaged my credit score. I can't emphasize this enough- seek medical care elsewhere.

I was treated with the utmost care during my visit at clinic’s medical familiar in lake Elsinore the both the doctor and discharge nurse had quality service and care and I really appreciate that. Thank you Dr. Adolfo Quiroga and nurse Breayr Herring for being amazing.

There is no option for 0 starts but that is e what this clinic should have, Dr. Andy Nguyen has no work ethics, my father went there complaining of foot pain, they sent him to get x-rays, according to the Dr they came back normal and nothing was wrong with the foot, the individual never physically examined his foot otherwise he would have known that something was wrong considering his foot was already deformed, he kept going back and they do was give him meds, my father ended up in ER and his foot was broken. The office staff is also clueless and careless, they have no urgency to help patients so if you want to save a headache, please do not give your insurance money to this horrific clinic.
