I had a pleasant visit. Went there at around 2pm and it was empty, the receptionist was kind and took me in right away. The nurse was also very nice, the provider was thorough and very helpful. Highly recommend this facility. The overall visit took me less than an hour. It is also very clean and tidy.

Amazing staff, then the doctor came in. Never felt more rushed, and like what I was saying didn't matter. She kept cutting me off and and assuming what I was saying about my condition, not hearing what I thought was valuable info. Rude with instructions and even pointed out saying there was "no nice way to tell me to stop talking."

Had the unfortunate luck of getting sick while out of town from PA but the care I received at the MoGo urgent care in Carmel was impeccable!! Brian, NP, for my husband, one visit, and Patrice, NP, for myself, were thorough, kind, and answered our questions.

I thought the process, including the online preregistration was very efficient. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I was walking out of the door, on my way to pick out my prescription in less than 90 minutes including a X-ray.
The staff was very friendly, respectful and professional. The PA (Christine) was a quick study of my condition. Vitals were taken promptly and the X-ray tech (Ingrid) was quick and efficient.
I returned the next day to pick up my images etc.

If you have food poisoning avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and money. They will not treat you but instead try to get you to get expensive imaging in order to get something as simple as antibiotics and basic medicine to treat this common illness. Montage is famous for their surprise billing and these diagnostics they push for ordinary illness are criminal. I have never in my life been denied treatment for food poisoning the handful of times I have been unfortunate to get it. Food poisoning if not treated quickly can lead to other complications. Staff was friendly and I feel bad they have to work for a company who only cares about their bottom line.

This review is long overdue but, it is written with sincerity and gratitude.
On 5/20/24 my daughter brought me to MoGo Urgent Care here
in Carmel. For the previous day or so, I had not been feeling well-disoriented and very, very tired.
The Clinic, was very quiet and almost empty when we arrived but, that was a relief to me as one can imagine.
I registered at the front desk and waited to be seen. Soon after,
a male nurse came and walked my daughter and i, to a room
at the back. As he took my temperature and blood pressure,
he spoke kindly to me and, soon after he left the room, a
woman doctor or, so I thought until, I was told that she was
PA (Physicians Assistant) entered. Her name is Patrice McMoon and
she was as knowledgeable as any doctor I have
ever seen. After going over the results of my blood pressure,
she asked me some questions. She was very kind and caring
and advised my daughter, that taking me to Monterey Peninsula
Emergency Room, would be a wise thing to do. She felt that as I had existing heart trouble, I needed tests that at MoGo Clinic, could not be performed.
I want to thank PA Patrice McMoon for her excellent treatment
that day and, her sense of commitment to me as a patient.
It was very easy for me to give this MoGo Clinic five stars-
so well deserved.
In conclusion, I just want to say that, going to the Hospital
Emergency Room, was perfect advice from Patrice McMoon.
I can also say that my treatment at CHOMP, was also excellent
and as I write this, I realize how lucky I was to be able to get
medical care from a MoGo Clinic and Monterey Community
Hospital Emergency Room that was just great!! on the same
day- how impressive is that?.
I am also lucky to be able to write this review. At 84 years
old, I take nothing for granted nowadays.
So, so grateful to everyone!!!

shortly after, Patrice McMoon entered and with a calm, and caring
demeanor, questioned me on how I felt etc. I had been feeling
so sick and, it was so comforting to have her sit there and listen while I explained how I had been feeling for a day or so.
Patrice McMoon is a PA at the Clinic and I was certain that she
was a doctor when she first sat down with me. She is just amazing. At the end of our conversation, she suggested that
a visit to the Emergency Room at Monterey Peninsula Hospital
would be a good idea. Due to existing heart problems, she did not want to take any chances and at CHOMP, they would be able to give me some tests that I was not able to have at MoGo

I have such a positive feeling about my visit to Carmel MoGo
and I feel honored to have meet Patrice McMoon. She is a credit to the Medical Profession. To her, and the rest of the staff I wish

the staff at that facility are caring and treat patients well, it's
a blessing that we have them to go to when needed. I have
no trouble at all giving this MoGo Clinic five stars.

I saw Dr. Cavanaugh for a sinus infection that was still causing uncomfortable symptoms after a month and 2 rounds of antibiotics. She checked me and said there was no infection but recommended that I use a humidifier and peppermint oil for congestion. I did that night and the next day I felt great! She is the best! Friendly, great staff too!
