Jenna just took a call from me and my wife inquiring about getting help. She hung up on me then lied to my wife who had been listening to the previous conversation about what was said. Unprofessional will not be using their service.

I am in desperate need of help for my adult son. When I called the lady was very flat and almost to the point of being rude in my opinion. I told her I’m desperate because nobody seems to be able help and she said the only way is to bring them in for a consultation that’s the way they get their patients. I understand that. So I said how do you make someone come in that refuses and she said you have to call the police. I tried that two weeks ago didn’t work. Then she said well just good luck with that. That was the end of the conversation. I’m just flabbergasted!

Rude and unhelpful when I called to ask questions about the inpatient treatment. Didn't even answer my questions. Would never consider sending a loved one here when that can't even be respectful on the phone.
