Another great NP got to the bottom of my problem. She was very thorough and very kind and prescribed the appropriate medication for me. Carbon Health provides great service in terms of your health. I’m thinking of making them my primary care physicians. The staff continue to be wonderful and kind and very compassionate!

Facility was clean and well maintained. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Person at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I was put in a room within minutes. My information and vitals were taken and less than 10 minutes later, the doctor came in. He ordered an X-ray which was done immediately.
Overall, my appointment was done quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed. Which is a huge improvement from the last time I was there. Kudos to whoever made the needed changes to this practice!

Made an appointment online a few hours before they opened. Arrived and was seen immediately. Everyone was nice. It was fresh and clean. PA was friendly and informative. I haven't been here for a few years. I will keep going back.

We were seen very quickly, the staff was very caring and helpful. My son had a reaction after a shot he received and they were so attentive and helpful. They bent over backward to make sure he was feeling ok before we left. I appreciate their time and how they cared for my son’s health. Super efficient and extremely nice workers. Was in an exam room within 15 mins of my appt time (was expecting like an hour wait like most urgent cares). Every employee I talked to was super nice even with other clients who missed their appointment, they went out of their way to get them directions to another urgent care to be seen sooner. Thank you for being nice health care workers!!

I came in to there office with clear signs of flu. The girl who preformed the rapid test swab had no idea what she was doing. The swab was negative for influenza. I told the nurse practitioner that and she said oh well I wasn’t in the room. I told her I wanted her to do a swab and have it sent out even know I would have to wait for results I would at least know what I had. I had to wait three days for the results to come back that I actually did have influenza A the whole time. They treated my symptoms like Covid and sent me home with a prescription for Paxlovid! The Paxlovid made my heart race terribly. Thank hod I only took the first days worth. The results came back that I did in fact have influenza A. Bad practice! Had the girl done the swab correctly to begin with they wouldn’t have diagnosed incorrectly sending me home with the wrong medicine! Again bad practice!

I love that I could schedule an appointment--even near the end of a Friday. The staff were kind, professional and on time. The office was squeaky clean and fresh. They earned my loyalty. I had an exact opposite experience at a different urgent care in the area several months ago so I was concerned. It's so nice to have a place exceed your expectations especially when you're sick.
