DONT GO HERE! Horrible horrible place! Can't say it enough! TOXIC! RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!
Was originally seen on Jan 16th (est. 9 weeks pregnant) and I told them how anxious I was about seeing baby and making sure everything was okay because i had a gut feeling something was wrong. Wasted an entire day for the appointment for them not to do an ultrasound. Doctor Scott was very rude and made the appointment feel like I was some little kid at the age 30, she made me so uncomfortable and felt like i was being yelled as if i was 2 years old. No appointments would work for me the following week so I paid out of pocket to do an ultrasound only to find out baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. Then called the nurse line to ask for the meds to induce the miscarage. Only for them to have me wait to see a ultrasound at the office. The ultrasound lady named Tracey was so rude, unprofessional, and very inconsiderate after I just experienced losing my baby. I was going through so much as is. Then was told I should wait a week to see if baby was just small(giving me false hope). Sure wasn't. So another week later Jan 29th I finally took the meds to help (was told they would work) well it didn't work all the way. Waited for nearly 3 weeks only for my to now have to go to planned parenthood to get a D&C because mercy san jaun wouldn't allow my husband by my side during a tramatic procedure I'd be awake for. I spent 6 hours in the er about a week ago because simply I had a lot of bleeding all of a sudden and the doctor wouldn't talk to me over the phone. Only for me to be fine, and that there was still product left.

I first came to this location in 2021 and had a papsmer done by Linda Honda ,which was an excellent experience. Since then I've had the same procedure done twice at two separate health facilities ,let me say this I will never return to any of the two facilities to have that procedure done ever again.
I'm currently writing this review from the comfort of the waiting area .I've just completed another procedure with Linda Honda.Its evident that she's very knowledgeable and competent in her duties, from the discussions we had to her instructions in getting me prepared for my procedure.I almost forgot to mentioned that I'm diabetic, she did a through feet examination which my primary care doctor has never done in all my almost four years seeing him,primarily for me being diabetic.
The staff at this location were all warm and welcoming.

This place changed my life and I couldn't be happier, thanks to Dr. Dawson! I went here last year per the recommendation of another doctor to get help with the periods from hell and she looked at the recommendation, asked important questions about my issues, and came up with a brilliant plan to help me live a great life! She then explained EVERYTHING and made sure I had support the whole time. When my insurance tried to say it wasn't necessary, she stood up for me and made sure they knew how important it was! The staff was also very friendly and was more than happy to answer my questions, and all in all these wonderful people made sure that I was well taken care of and supported! Thanks to this whole process, I now get to live a happier and more care free life!

I had an outstanding experience at Camelia Women's Health. The staff I spoke with to book my appointment were extremely helpful and patient. The location was clean and professional. The reception team was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Atluri was amazing- very poised, kind, and reassuring. I was feeling nervous but she helped put me at ease. I will definitely be returning in the future for any ob/gyn related care.

I want to thank "Heather" in the billing department. She was five star today for me, as she helped me get connected with my insurance and billing, authorizing a device that I desperately needed, whereas before I was not helped by with my previous insurance. She followed up with me promptly and respectfully, giving me the care and assistance I so desperately needed. She even went out above and beyond to offer her assistance in another medical matter which I urgently was in need of also. That kind of service is what we all hope for in medical care, yet rarely find these days, so thanks to Camilia Health in Carmichael, and for the wonderful staff, "Heather" is a five star to me! Office appointment assistant, "Laloni", is also top star, as she is the most professional and polite scheduler I have ever met. Such a refreshing experience to have that knowing my care team has my back, and that I can have confidence in. Thank you, again, a hundred times over with a smile. "Dr. LaValle" is my first go to gynecologist doctor every time who is five star, and no one else but her. She has been my greatest helper, even when I moved out of state, no one was as knowledgeable or as kind as was, and who follows through with you with CARE. Thanks, again, Camilia Health, Carmichael, for making a real difference in my life and giving me the hope and faith in a medical system again. Individuals DO make a difference in the way they treat you and with the effort they put out in caring for you in such a thorough manner. Thank you, ever so much gold team!

I received a referral from my doctor to this place several weeks ago. Been calling every day and no body answers the phone. What is this place?!! Definitely calling my insurance to report this clinic. Seriously, what the heck!!!
