I don’t even want to give a low rating because the provider Mark Robinson is really the best. I love that guy. He’s always nice and helpful. You can just tell he really cares about his patients and wants to help people feel better.

As for the other provider, I think Omni? He’s been rude every time I’ve been there. He speaks to you very short and rude, like he’s talking to you like you’re dumb. He’s so insensitive of his patients. He should never work with kids. He had my 5 year old held down to look in her throat which I don’t feel was necessary at all. He didn’t try to comfort her in any way. He didn’t even try any other friendly way to get her to open up her mouth so he could look , just straight to restraining her. Then he asked me “why am I like that”? When I give him the same treatment he gives me, speak to him in the same way he speaks to me and I’m clearly upset because you restrained my 5 year old just to look at her throat? No sir, why are YOU like that? He doesn’t need to be caring for anyone especially kids. He has no heart. He doesn’t care. He seems like he hates his job. Why pick that career when you clearly don’t care about people. Get rid of him ASAP and find a new provider.

I was blown away by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of care at this facility by the physician. (Not the medical assistants/admin staff, they were great).

I waited for over an hour and a half (with an appointment) to be told by the doctor he wouldn’t treat me and I would have to go to their other location 30 minutes away. His reasoning was that having to treat my issue would take too long and make the other patients who were waiting angry. To which I said I have been waiting for an hour and a half…I am one of your patients too. He completely dismissed me and sent me on my way. I left in tears and felt completely defeated. After paying a copay, and waiting for as long as I had. This is the second poor experience I have had with this physician at this location.

Avoid this location at all costs, and go to the location on Howe if you must visit AIMS Urgent Care.

The two young woman who were working today 2/22 ( I apologize for not getting you names) were absolutely amazing. They handled a room full of people with respect and compassion. Thank you for not making me feel like I was just a “number”.
To the dr who saw me today, thank you for listening to me , making me smile even though I didn’t feel good, I appreciate you!

Nice polite staff. Pretty efficient for a clinic. Never waited more then 30 min. Our best part is Dr. Robinson. Explains everything so you under stand. Awesome wish he could be my PC provider. My wife enjoys seeing him and that means everything to me

I went there today to get some relief from severe congestion, sinus pressure, major headaches, cough and extreme fatigue. After being seen briefly and no tests being administered I was sent home and told they will be prescribing something for my congestion. I agreed because that is the most unbearable symptom. I waited for several hours and found out that the doctor prescribed me over the counter medication that he could have suggested when I was in the office. That was a waist of my time. The only positive thing was when I went down to find out what the issue was at the pharmacy the nice lady there at cvs suggested neti pot which actually gave me relief. I will not be returning to your facility.

Front office staff were great. The “Doctor” was horrible. I’m not even sure this person is a physician. I feel like the visit should be free because they did so little. Gave incorrect information regarding antibiotics for children with ear tubes, did not listen to my son’s lungs, heart, or look into his mouth or nose. Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this place for any pediatric needs.

I appreciated the honesty of office staff letting me know there was a 2 hour wait on SuperBowl Sunday before I would be seen. I chose to wait and it was a great experience. I was attended to by Dr Mark Robinson and Head Nurse Solena. All staff were caring and attentive. Dr Robinson and Solena were very thorough. I left feeling much better than when I arrived Plus I had more knowledge of my conditions which brought me to seek out Urgent Care. I am grateful to AIMS Urgent Care at 5900 Coyle Ave. I am very thankful for Dr Robinson and Solena for their caring of my needs and the support they provided me. I highly recommend this exceptional clinic.

I've been to this urgent Care numerous times and Dr. Mark Robinson is an amazing guy he's very well educated and has helped me so much! without him I wouldn't be getting the care I need from my primary care physician he got them on track doing the right things for my impacted sinuses after covid and he's the one that figured it out thank you Dr Mark Robinson !
And the staff is also very nice and very helpful with answers to my questions and good at their work as well I recommend Aims urgent Care over any other Hands down! Also anybody I know I refer here if they need an urgent care
