I was surprised at the lack of reviews because my experience at Manzanita Medical Clinic was super positive. I have Partnership insurance and live in Roseville. I would have had to wait a couple more months to establish care with a primary Dr. if I wanted to be seen in Roseville, so I elected to come here instead. Even though it's farther, it's an easy drive and took about the same amount of time as staying local. I was very impressed with my doctor, Dr. Pavel Polskiy. He is very knowledgeable, and makes you feel heard. I am very grateful to have found him for a doctor. If you want swanky, look elsewhere, but if you want a good doctor, look no further. The staff was friendly and efficient also.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Front receptionist are rude.. they talk at you and not to you. Once you fill out paperwork and hand it back, they just throw it to the side.
The neurologist I seen conducted several studies then told me to go get an MRI of my neck & come back in two months. Didn’t explain what nerve damage I had or the severity, couldn’t even explain what was going on. Used “I assume” & “in theory” statements. Will never be returning here.

I accompanied my mother to an appointment with Dr. Dhaliwal, (although I don't think he should be given the title doctor) to assist as her translator. During the appointment, he informed us—quite abruptly, rude and without explanation—that he would not allow me to translate for my mother. When I politely pointed out that, as a 19-year-old, I am legally allowed to translate for my mother in California, having a medical assistant certificate as well he became visibly upset, raising his voice at us and ultimately instructing us to leave, even threatening to call the police if we didn’t comply.

I found this interaction unnecessarily hostile and deeply unprofessional. I understand that some medical professionals may prefer using professional interpreters, especially in complex cases. However, there are respectful and compassionate ways to communicate this to patients and their families. The way Dhaliwal handled this situation left us feeling dismissed, disrespected, and without the healthcare support my mother needed. I decided to leave a review here as well, however, this will not be enough and I will proceed to complaint to the Californian Medical Board, and move further. So should everyone else!!!!

The staffs are very rude and the supervisor is not knowing how to do his job and they never ever respond to the phone calls to make an appointment you have to come and visit them in person to make an appointment. That’s totally waste of time.

Baddest Clinc, I have seen, They never answer the phone, Very bad customer service, Very bad management, There is a doctor doctor it’s called Doctor, DHALIWAL, He is very disrespectful very rude with patient Keep interrupted to you when You talk, Angry, he should not be The one dealing with patients. Anyway, I’m going to change my clinic to the other very bad experience in fact this is not first time.

This place is horrible ! The staff is beyond rude. Took my son to see the neurologist he said ok no driving I give a referral for a mri and give him one year prescription that was all he did. I don’t remember his first name but doctors last name was Vladimir. We will find some where else to go straight trash

Very rude and impolite doctor Irina Shulgina, first time I got there and immediately changed her. She is a very unfriendly person. My advice is never to contact her.
