I dont what’s happening at this office but the service is going to a bad direction. Everytime I call nobody picks up, i have to try for hours ir drive by the office. Its extremely inconvenient. I hope they do something for a better service such as hiring more staff.

It’s a terrible service in a medical group. The phone line always busy and even can’t left the massage. Are they short of staff or just don’t care their quality of care?

I love care and deep concern the doctor's and staff have for all the patients. If we have an emergency they will get us seen quickly or direct us to our needed level of care. You guys rock!

Dr. Virk, her PA Shelly, and the incredible staff here are all just the best of the best. Everyone is friendly, kind, compassionate, and most of all, so knowledgeable. I feel completely at ease and so well cared for.

The staff here go the extra mile to ensure that their patients are treated appropriately and have the results to prove it. Awesome people to have on your side.

Pam is the worst staff member. You can hardly understand what she’s saying and has no understanding of personal body space let alone manners. I find her to be very rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff are great and this place would get 5 stars if not for Pam. She should be fired.

Friendly reception desk. Polite, cheerful. Technician was also super friendly. Jacky did my IV and was wonderful. Explained things as he proceeded. No bruise next day, so GREAT job.
Thanks for being a calming cheerful place when people are possibly going through a stressful thing.

I am pleased with my care that I am receiving from Dr. Gregory Blair and the staff at Sierra Hematology & Oncology. I have felt that I've been in good hands this entire journey. I highly recommend Dr. Blair. He's knowledgeable and has so much experience. He's straightforward and is able to explain the answers to my questions so that I understand what to expect. He doesnt just rush through the appointments, trying to get to the next one. The nurses at J Street and the Carmichael office that helped with chemo injections and the monthly injections have all been great to me; always sweet and kind. From the phlebotomists to the front desk staff to the scheduler at J Street, everyone has been wonderful. My only negative feedback would be that appointments seem to always be running behind. But, I think that's minor and expected esp when you're treated with great care.
