I had a terrible experience coming to this place. The staff were incredibly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with indifference and impatience. The clinic itself was not clean. The waiting area had visible dirt and grime, and the pool was in a deplorable state. The lack of cleanliness made me uncomfortable and concerned about the overall hygiene of the clinic.
Customer service was equally poor. I had to wait for an excessively long time despite having an appointment, and no one bothered on the delay. The physical therapists itself were not very professional and seemed untrained. The pain I had was multiplied thanks to them.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on West Coast Medical Care and got in right away. The front desk staff and the physical therapist were very nice and helpful. Great place, a medical center that feels like a home.. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

We had a very disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was below par, and there seemed to be a lack of transparency regarding the number of visits left in the package we purchased. Despite paying for additional visits, we were not informed in advance when our package ran out. We believed there were still 3-4 visits remaining, even though it had been 1.5 years since our last visit. When we contacted them, we were informed that only one visit was left. Fine, we decided to use that last visit, but upon arrival, we were told that our package had run out. The staff did not provide any evidence or explanation in a respectful manner for why that was the case.

We tried to maintain kindness and respect while we went to that place, but unfortunately, we were met with disappointment and disrespect. As a result, we have chosen not to return there again.

Do not listen to Google Maps telling you to take Garfield, you can only get here taking a right off Madison. Google will tell you to drive through a wall to the wrong side of the building.

Showed up on time for my first appointment 2:00, another lady showed up right before me and we both completed the paperwork within a few minutes. She was called ahead of me and I was made to wait almost 1 full hour for her appointment to be finished before being seen. I asked the receptionist Zita, how long the appointment would be because I had gotten a ride there and wanted to let my ride know to stick around or go do something. Zita told me it would be 20 minutes so I told my ride I would be out by 3:30 to sit tight and wait. When I went in the room with the therapist Walter Crawford, I told him I had already been waiting an hour to be seen and has a ride waiting outside. Walter acknowledged that the woman before me had taken considerably long. He said that I would get a 20 minute evaluation and then go into therapy and the whole process would take two more hours. I let him know that I had an appointment downtown at 5:00 pm and that I was not informed this appointment would take all afternoon. We agreed to continue with the evaluation and then I would skip the swimming pool and get a massage and he would promise to have me out by 4:30. I let him know that I had not eaten yet and would need to get out by 4:00. He agreed and started the evaluation. Once that was done he took me to another person in the back who told me I would need to wait for another hour to get on the massage list they were understaffed and very busy. The massage would’ve been 20 minutes and he couldn’t guarantee I’d be seen in another hour. So I let him know what I had already discussed CLEARLY with Walter. He walked me back to Walter to ask if I could reschedule my therapy session. Walter said, That I would be charged for a full session and instead of six therapy sessions, I would receive 5. He smiled in my face as if we had not just discussed all of this. I left feeling taken advantage of and not treated fairly. So I called blue cross and filed a formal grievance. Two days later, I get a call from Walter asking me to change my statement (they made an error in the language of the grievance that I had waited three hours, but it should have said it would have taken 3 hours to receive therapy) we discussed the events of that day and he agreed that the rest of my statement was correct and said he understood why I filed the grievance. I called blue cross back and fixed their error to reflect the truth.

Today, I just received Zita and Walters response to my grievance to which they both completely lie. They blamed the paperwork for the wait and lied to say they saw me 15 minutes earlier and went over on my session. They also lied saying that I changed my mind along the way and that’s why it was a wait for a massage. But that was not the truth as Walter and I had clearly discussed the timeline and my requirements prior to starting the session.

The part that bothers me the most is that this person called me to ask me to change my statement to reflect the truth only to completely lie on their response to the insurance company. They double booked, communicated wrong timelines without consideration for patient transportation, and tried to make me wait an unacceptable amount of time in order to receive treatment. I think this is deplorable and disgusting to treat people this way. They want to bill insurance for as much as possible without patient consideration.

The facility was very small, with only a hot tub and a few massage rooms. I saw no gym or other actual forms of physical therapy. A complete waste of time on my part.
