I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and I ended up still waiting not sure when I'd get called next. I had a confirmed appointment and I am not sure if anyone else was an appointment or walk in but I am dissatisfied and disappointed in this service. I suggest switching doctors offices.

Why does the staff not answer the phones?
How is anyone supposed to make an appointment? I've been calling different times of the day for 3 days now. I need to see my primary care provider but I see I'm going to have to switch. This isn't good for a doctors office. It's supposed to be a place of healing not rejection. I can't even leave a voicemail!
I understand now why the reviews are so terrible.
How does this place/doctor even make money like this?

This office is the worst. The Doctors aren't much better. Was released from the hospital last wee so I went in for a check up yesterday. Dr Dhaliwal didn't do anything didn't examine me or ask any questions. He said he was sending in prescriptions pharmacist still hasn't got them and like always no one answers the phones at the Dr office.

The office does not return pt phone calls. I've called several times, throughout the day, trying to establish care as a new patient w/ Dr. Polskiy and for the last few days, NO ONE HAS RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. As a Medical Assistant myself, I have a full time schedule & know exactly what's its like at a busy office. This is unacceptable & terrible patient care. I would like to be able to schedule an appt or at the very least have my call answered when I call.

(Positives and Negatives from a few weeks ago)

*NEGATIVES*
(1)The two negative experiences are making telephone contact and other waiting patients knocking into me with their large purses and shoving past me. (2) I'm not sure if such close proximity is cultural, but I really don't like it. (3) Making contact by phone can be difficult, the call times-out sometimes and there is no voicemail system during weekdays (on weekends there is). (4) My referral took around 2 weeks regarding an ovarian cyst, but the assigned office was full until October (it's May). Second referral is taking a while, it's been at least a week and a half now waiting.

*POSITIVES*
(1) I've had good phone calls with receptionists from the front desk; polite and patient even though I sometimes have difficulty with accents, and have many other questions. (2) I arrived for a walk-in regarding an ovarian cyst and there were maybe 5 patients with appointments, then suddenly there was a wave of 15 to 20 patients . . . After the first 5, then hurried me back before taking in all the others. (3) A woman nurse and doctor tended to me and it was a decent visit as my first. (4) I need my daughter to have her iron level checked asap and they squeezed her in within 2 weeks of my call with an appointment even though they're booked and she's new to that office. New patients typically have to do a walk-in or schedule just for paperwork then schedule an appointment, so this help was great for my daughter.

This clinic is terrible. I just moved here 3 months ago from Modesto area so I was used to going to the same PCP for years. My insurance assigned me to this clinic.. The wait time is long, everyone is speaking in Russian, even the patients. I had a terrible experience with one of the doctors, I’m not sure of his name but he was younger looking and had a ponytail/bun on top of his head and shaved undercut. I went in for an antidepressant refill, of which I’ve been on for years.... I went in and he told me I needed therapy, and to find a different way to cope with my stress and anxiety. (I have PTSD, panic attacks, and severe depression) he said he would give me one refill but he doesn’t agree with it and that I need to quit them. I left the office crying and it ruined my day, I felt like I was crazy and needed serious mental help and counseling, I felt degraded. I will never go here again, let alone drive by it. Thankfully I’ve found a wonderful clinic through Sutter health. Don’t ever go here.

They seem rude because they are Russian. Sitting here, waiting for my appointment, the patients are very rude. An African American lady is here yelling at the receptionist. The receptionist is trying to be kind. If you'd like a more professional office, then get better insurance.
