It’s a good clinic they are a little bit slow but they get the job done. Sometimes you wait a lot even with an appointment

The only redeeming quality of this place is the main doctor here. She’s very nice and helpful and listens to your concerns. Now the problem is getting to see the doctor. Receptionist do not do their jobs. I’ve called and have been left on the line for longer than 10 minutes, I’ve called back several times to be in the same situation. I’ve even called while being outside the building to see if they were busy and the were just sitting there not answering. Would recommend patients find a better facility in Fresno yea it might be a further drive but at least you will get the assistance you need.

Nobody wants to pick up the phones or do their job for some reason , they employees are crazy rude from the front office to the nurse practitioner .

I think I’ll just take the extra drive to Hanford

Office staff are so disrespectful. I’ve had an appointment all of the times I have came, and seen so many people WITHOUT appointments get seen and even receive care before me! I came in today to try to do a walk-in and the lady was so disrespectful.

Worst clinic ever. Office staff is sub par at best. And very dirty waiting room.
