This company sent my wife to collections over a breast pump which they incorrectly billed. The customer service is offshore, they will hang up on you instead of helping you with any resolution. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!.

This company is a scam. My husband ordered his diabetic sensor Dec5 and on the app it said he ordered it Dec 26 and it will ship out the Dec 26. Then my husband called the company and they told him it will takes weeks for them to verify insurance. So he'll have to wait a month in a half for his sensors.

This is the worse company to work with. Customer service is non existence. No one knows what is going on and the billing is always over charged. There is neve a manager available to address your concerns. I am calling the insurance company to file a grievance.

I would leave a zero if it was possible. I have had more issues with receiving my pump supplies with this provider than any other provider I have used to fulfill my insulin pump supplies. My most recent issue is that I followed up this week to confirm that they have received all the necessary authorizations, notes, forms and what-haves. I was assured yes and that my order was sent priority. Yet, I have received a message this afternoon stating it was cancelled. They are closed for the weekend so I am not able to find out why or when I can receive my supplies. The worst!!!

If I could I would give them zero stars. Terrible customer service, the staff never follow up on mishandled orders. There was a change in insurance and the amount of paperwork needed and their incompetence to follow through and up with insurances and keep clients up to date increased my blood pressure. It took over 2 months to complete the order for simple incontinence supplies. I emailed all required documentation but staff would lose the information needed to approve the order from insurance. I was on the phone calling them 3 times a week. Initially they wouldn't connect me to a supervisor. I finally got to speak to a supervisor to vent my frustrations and go through the timeline of all I've been through and all that I've submitted. The supervisor finally solved most of the issue but not all because documentation is still missing. However, I finally got my order this all started 9/22/23 and today is 12/5/23 and we finally got the complete order. I plan to contact my insurance company and ask if we can work with another medical supply company.

BYRAM sucks.
They switched one of my ostomy products from Eakin moldable rings to Safe & Simple moldable rings. Eakin is a quality product. It seals well. Safe & Simple is GARBAGE. They do not stretch or mold to shape. They RIP! They are absolute garbage! But Byram refuses to let me have the Eakin product.

Byram used to be good, but now they must be the worst medical supply company. If calling Byram directly about an order you can get someone stateside. Followup on all orders is done offshore, so stateside folks can do nothing for you. The doctor’s office faxed the Rx for supplies to two different numbers, as requested by Byram, but the offshore folks never got that information in their system, so the order was canceled. An entire month wasted on going back and forth, I wouldn’t wish them on anyone. They rate at the bottom of my list in customer service.
