Terrible communication from the entire mobility department; they give timelines they don’t comply to them self’s. I once had to wait for a call back for 3mo, when left a voice mail.I don’t actually believe they have thier clients interest in mind, nor do they fight insurance to help clients get the equipment needed. Caseworker that helps for my son’s equipment went on leave, & they never assigned me with another case worker but yet told me to wait for her return. When speaking to an assistant manager/manager she does nothing but justify her team. She does not help you with a question nor intent to offer you other resources, she just tells you to understand her team and the process. I have got more results when I call insurance myself one time, then medsupply has ever in this past YEAR. To no surprise I would inform Caseworker with updates/changes from insurance. I’m struggling to keep my patience with this company, I Hope I Never Have To Deal With Them Again.

First off, I would love to say that the customer service here was phenomenal! The wait time was no more than 30 seconds! Melissa, was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me with having to purchase supplies for my elderly father. When I read those other reviews, I’m just dumbfounded what they had put, in terms, of customer service. I did not, one time, experience that. Upon the information that was given to me, I relayed to Melissa, and she was able to find the perfect stuff I needed to assist my father and to keep him comfortable. Now, I know there will come a time where my mother may need something, or maybe when I reach their age, I just hope that MedSupply and the people that work there will be around to assist me. I highly recommend this business and the people that work there. If they’re reading this, thank you guys for the help. No other place I’d rather do business with.

I wish I could do 0 stars. Horrible customer service, my sister should have gotten her wheelchair in December, never got it. They kept saying insurance hadn’t approve. They had. They said we had to turn in proof. It had been almost a year and no call to let us know they hadn’t gotten in touch with insurance. When I called for my sister, Karen literally laughed at me when I asked about update. She said she had spent all day getting update so she could tell me the same thing they have been saying for a year. My sister needs her wheelchair. Cancelled everything and went with another company. These people don’t care for people with disabilities. No sense of urgency. Boggles my mind how we have to show them proof of insurance, what are they doing l? They don’t contract with insurance? When we saw the one star review before we dealt with them we didn’t listen. Wasted a whole year.

Excellent customer service. Melissa was a gem and helped me find my dream scooter. the ole wheel chair just wasn’t doing it for me anymore and she completely exceeded my expectations. I love my new scooter😝.
