i never leave reviews anywhere. But I was disgusted by the service this office has. I unfortunately had to call out the receptionist out her name, which I wasn't very proud of but her lack of communication and not wanting to help was disappointing and disgusting. She hung up the phone the 2nd time I called and the 3rd time I called back to let her I needed more info she was annoyed. So I called her out her name (: oh by the way she told me her name is Leticia. I don't know if that's even true but that's what she said(:

Service is very bad and they have a person who goes by jacqueline and phone was disconnecting and couldn’t hear me which doesn’t make any sense and couldn’t hear me but they got the insurance number and things went down side .

ABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE U CAN POSSIBLY HAVE IS CAL-FRICKING-VIVA, they dont cover anything i been waiting for a power chair to get approved its been 13 months still waiting on approval. Modivcare is COMPLETELY CRAP AND AMPM TRANSPORT IS CRAP THEY LEFT ME AT DOCTOR OFFICE FOR 9 hours without picking me back up. MY WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN WHEN CALVIVA TOOK OVER MY OTHER INSURANCE AND I CANT GET ANYTHING COVERED OR CANT FIND GOOD SERVICE IN ANY OF THEIR SERVICES, CALVIVA NEEDS TO GO

I have gotten all my medical supplies, medication, equipment, and medical referrals approved. Thank goodness my needs
Have been met. I am sorry to those who have experienced any issue getting benefits, but I am grateful that it has not happened to to me. I highly recommend Cal-Viva.

I'm currently stuck outside of Adventist Health in the Madera Ranchos area. I called for non medical transportation to my appointment. It's been 2 hours waiting to get back home. It's wrong I booked transportation early in March for my April 5th appointment. It was fine picking me up. But the driver cancelled my ride home. Now I'm without a ride home. It far from my home. I've called repeatedly for help.
All I get is "I'm so sorry" we are sending someone to get you. It's been 2 hours my is going to die soon.

Sorry insurance company,can't get anyone to answer the phone,recording hangs up on you. Been trying to get a motorized scooter for over 3 years, I have prosthetic legs and can't walk far, they keep denying me. They are worthless.

Be careful when your check in, one of the girls failed to put my husbands insurance card in and we got sent a bill. I'm not paying it cause of a girl who went to the same school as I did, that doesnt know how to do her job right. I will be contacting corporate office. And everyone should watch their bills cause they don't put your insurance cards in. This place is a joke and just want everyone's money.
