First time visit today and overall it was a very good experience. Despite one of the girls being busy on the phone non-stop, she made an effort to greet me and my grandmother, and she let us know she would be with us as soon as she could. People kept calling but she dealt with those customers and us in a timely efficient manner. The owner Peter, was very polite and he even reassured my grandma of the credibility of the Drs my grandma would see. Change is unnerving, and it was very helpful and appreciated that he put my grandma at ease.

Absolutely would NOT recommend, At first I thought this will be a great pharmacy, after all they deliver. First mess up they don’t deliver my medication right away in fact it takes days and then I am out of medication and then they might barely get it to me. The second mess up I order my medication on Friday they tell me it’ll be ready Tuesday which I figure that’ll be fine because that’s my last pill I called Tuesday and they tell me sorry your order didn’t come in and it won’t be here till Thursday so I will be out of medication for a few days and mind you they didn’t even call me I had to call them.For me this is not OK for a pharmacy to do.I’m going back to my other pharmacy That I originally had before this one should’ve never switched pharmacies. I definitely do not recommend this place, please think about it. The delivery is not worth it! On top of that every single time I called to ask where my medication was the girls in the pharmacy had such attitude like we were bothering them to want to know where the medication was. Not good customer service at all. I am very dissatisfied with this place.

I would never recommend getting your prescriptions here or giving them a dime. I waited up to three weeks to get a couple prescriptions I needed and finally got a letter that both of prescriptions were approved. I called the pharmacy and they said they will not give me one of them even though it was approved by insurance because "they were going to lose money, but you can buy your second one for $50." I will never give my money to them- they do not care about their customers or their health. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Stick with CVS and real pharmacy's!

My family’s dermatologist recommended Cedar Pharmacy, and I am glad that she did! They helped me with coupons to make the medicine affordable (with insurance). I have not needed their delivery service, but I am glad to know they provide it.

Very Helpful when I came to pick up my prescriptions! The girl in the front greeted me and let me know they'd help me soon, and they did! quality service, and i got a good coupon on my prescription!

Pharmacy hours are from 9am-6pm, my husband shows up after 9 the door is locked. Went back to the car thinking they're running late. Checks the door again at 9:30 and he sees a man inside. He gets the man's attention and tells him through the locked door that he's there to pickup his prescription, the man tells him he won't let him in since he doesn't know him. He wouldn't allow my husband to get his meds. What pharmacy does that Cancelled that script and won't be back.

Cedar Pharmacy is excellent as the staff knew exactly what to ask from the doctors office so that my insurance covers my meds. Awesome work.
