MedEquip has been consistently great to work with. Great customer service, courteous and kind, good communication and very reasonable rates. We have been traveling from MN to CA annually for the last several years and renting a home oxygen concentrator. So much easier than transporting a portable one on the plane. We also got caught up in an impromptu airline policy snafu when using oxygen inflight and Mr. Palmer was gracious and helpful in trying to help us work through this dilemma. Would highly recommend.
