If you are looking for a skilled for your loved one? Look no further this is the place..This facility is a nice warm home environment & very clean all the staff is amazing friendly and kind very welcoming. I also got to meet the cook & the food is great..My son was discharged from hospital to Conejo and I had a question concerning my sons medication
the director that runs this facility is amazing I called her on Christmas and she returned my call quickly responded fast in contacting their pharmacy.My son although he wishes he could be home he is happy that he was placed in their care for the time being.when looking to be placed the families concern is that their loved one is greatly cared for. This was the place..🥰

I been here 3 days everyone is so nice the staff is very helpful very professional the food is great no complaints the ms mirna the cook makes great food very helpful with all patients super nice .the cna Bertha help with my wound care and I was very pleased she cares a lot about her patients she is super nice too. Nurse Grover he is also very helpful very nice helped me alot with my transition from the hospital to here.doctor Odett has been such a help she made sure I got all my medications when I needed them even on Xmas day super nice cares about her staff and patients. If you or a loved one need a place like this I highly recommend it 5 stars excellent place too heal.

This place is aweful! Slum lord for sure. The owner of the house is not held accountable for anything. She is adamant that you call her for help; but she does nothing. It’s her way or no way. She’s absolutely controlling, but passes the buck for blame. Depending on who’s on staff at the moment depends on the type or lack there of, of care. Nurses don’t answer call lights when their relief is running late. Which is often. They don’t have proper training in transferring.

Mean nurses. Kinda slum Lord kind of place. No activities to do . Food gave me diarrhea 3 times in 6 weeks. Half the nurses are foreign and speak broken English.on person left after one week here its hell avoid this place.
