Over the years, my experiences at this facility have consistently been disappointing. The staff, particularly the nurses and front desk personnel, often exhibit unprofessional and rude behavior, making visits unnecessarily stressful. Such an environment is not suitable for families, especially young children who may already feel apprehensive about seeing a doctor.

The overall atmosphere suggests that the staff are dissatisfied with their roles, which seems to negatively impact their interactions with patients. It’s not uncommon to encounter rolled eyes or dismissive attitudes when asking questions about health concerns. Additionally, follow-ups on test results or diagnoses are virtually nonexistent, leaving my own health and my child’s care in limbo.

The facility also appears to be overbooked and understaffed, leading to extended wait times of 30–45 minutes and sometimes almost an hour before seeing a doctor. Very inefficiency which adds to my frustration at the time of my visits.

One particularly troubling experience occurred recently when I took time off work for an appointment scheduled to review the results of a physical conducted three months prior. Upon arrival, the nurse claimed I was there for another physical, which was incorrect. Communication was challenging, as I couldn’t hear her clearly through her mask. When I sought clarification about the wait time, I was met with hostility and told to “go sit down” without explanation. Confused and upset, I decided to leave without being seen.

The consistent issues with the facility’s staff and operations make it impossible to recommend this location. For those seeking compassionate, efficient medical care, I strongly suggest exploring alternative options.

The most terrible incompetent, indecent treatment of Seema Raheel !!!! If I could put it without stars, I would make -100 stars!!!!!! Terrible doctors, completely incompetent and without a decent education. To treat people!!! And we have something to compare with!!!! Undergoing treatment in Ukraine, France, Germany!!!!

My husband has 80 bullets in his body (a fraction from a shotgun), and they are not operational. You can’t take them out. They are in the lungs, back, head. But, because of the war in Ukraine, we barely left, he barely survived, but we need to monitor them so that their presence in the body, so that they do not move and do not bleed. But this woman, I won’t even call her a doctor! She said: «what is it, not Vitally necessary!!!! «She said that the pierced lung and diaphragm and head are not Vital!!!! Her competence in medicine is Emptiness, Zero!!!! And she didn’t write us a referral for a CT scan, (which is vital, since her husband recently survived this tragedy, and the second person who was already taken died from these same bullets)!!! Because she thinks it’s not a vital necessity!

She just pumps out money from my insurance company, prescribes unnecessary tests!!!! So that the insurance pays for her!!!! And my specific problems, on which we came - does not solve at all!!! My husband has already been taken by the ambulance 3 times, and he will not be prescribed tests!!!!! Do not use the services of this clinic!!!!!! There Are No Doctors There At All!!!

I love Dr. kroning the ObGyn at this clinic. She takes time to actually listen to me and I never feel rushed. She genuinely cares about me.

Called to see how late the facility was open. I was told it was 6 PM. Advance I arrived at 5:35. No one was in the waiting room and not in the parking lot. I then ask if there was anyone available because the check and window was dark at that point someone turned on a light and said yes, I can help you. I let her know my grandchild symptoms met. And she said hold on, I'll see if we can see her. I ten minutes later she announces they will not be able to see her at capacity. She then ferred me to another facility. And gave me a list. When we went to the other facility, I did not have the proper paperwork to Show custody which they require. At that point We gave up because it would take too long to go home and come back. They would be closed. Had They've taken the time to see her We would not experience this. They have all the proper paperwork at that location. Is there? I have seen several doctors at this facility. I've been a long time Medi cal patient. I was with Dr Ted garden for over 20 years switched to being very unhappy his service past 3 yrs felt he just didn't have time to really focus probably was over worked. I waited almost 3 yrs for a needed back surgery needed Dr to focus on me Dr Dana Howard is the best

Jonathan Robinson and the MA Jennifer were absolutely friendly professional and overall made my experience there as a first time patient amazing I felt heard and cared for after a bad experience where I was misdiagnosed.

The doctors (Dr. Howard) showed they cared for their patients and were happy to take time to explain things to me as well as ensure I get thorough care. I appreciated their expertise and would come back. The only downside is the wait time, you can wait 30-45 minutes (with an appointment) to see a doctor because they’re so busy. You also need to book a few weeks in advance usually, to have that appointment.

Dr. Smith is really nice and patient with my son he is awesome making them laugh and making their visit fun loved it as well his nurse is spectacular she loves kids ant talk to them nicely and with love , only thing I’m disappointed is with the waiting time but probably like any other medical center is normal but besides that everything good clean and profesional
