I highly recommend this Planned Parenthood. My experience with Nurse Nancy was exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process of getting my Nexplanon birth control. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care put my mind at ease. Went in for IUD insertion. Wait time wasn’t great but I didn’t have anywhere to be so 🤷 . Appointment was for 12:05 and was brought back to exam room around 1:30 or 1:40. Very informative about the IUD and very helpful with questions! Offered extra hygiene supplies for no cost when I requested them. Very nice ladies overall as long as you are respectful and nice to them

This place treated me horrible i felt like i was being pressured to take medication i didnt want to take. The white lady with the accent told me why did i waste her time if i didnt want to take the medication at the end. The Ma’s in the front were so rude they even rolled their eyes at me . I will most likely never come here again.

01-19-2025 - Online states walk in appointments until 3:30, I arrived at 3::24pm and the lady didn’t want to accept me , just to say our walk in cut off time was at 3:20pm , literally made up a time so they couldn’t see me.These people are rude , the lobby only had 2 people , the lies the lies …they told me it’s busy. I been at this location before , you wait wait hours anyway , so why turn me away for 4 mins , when I arrived before 3:30 .. so what is the real time someone need to show up In a event they don’t have a appointment. I had an appointments just was late, but still got there before the walk in cut off time. It’s always a problem…

Why does this place suck so much for something simple like birth control. Came the 1st time waited over an hour for them to tell me I had to go to pharmacy to get it which is unusual bc the clinic normally gives it to me. Went to pharmacy and they couldn’t give me the birth control. Called planned parenthood and they said they made a mistake and I would have to come back to the clinic to get the birth control. Came back to the clinic and had to wait over another hour just to get the medication. Why is everything so painstakingly difficult at this place

Worst place ever! If you are not planing to sit and wait for 3 hrs on a chair even though you made an appointment don’t come to this location! I had appointment at 12:55pm and when I arrived I found out that maybe 10 more ppl had an earlier appointment and they are behind. They are accepting patients at 1 to 30 min so please do the math !! Don’t waste your time! There are better locations of planned Parenthood than this!

I just had the worst experience at Planned Parenthood in my life. I thought this place was supposed to be a comfortable place for people to come when they have concerns that are taboo to talk about in the outside world. Come to my surprise when we walked in the vibes were off. We were trying to be good civilians as well when we opened the door for a nice woman, but they yelled at us saying that we couldn’t open the door and then didn’t yell at another person who opened the door for someone else. I got the stink eye so many times and the women who worked there were not warm and welcoming, but seem like they wanted to get you out of there as fast as possible. Props to them for doing their jobs but come on we need a little bit of sympathy and empathy here. The crowd is definitely a plus to the Experience. But it feels like we’re all a little community in there for the same reason. While trying to survive the horrible office desk, ladies.

I've been coming to this location for years & although at times the wait can be fairly long even with an appointment this place never fails me. I always appreciate the staff here & planned parenthood in general thanks to them all. Today was a really quick and easy visit it's very much appreciated!
