I had a very pleasant experience going to this clinic for the first time. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Doctor provided me with outstanding service! EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have gone twice! First time was in December when my 4 year old got a high fever that went on for 3 days. My kids are AUTISTIC, they don't do well waiting especially my sick 4 year old. WITHIN 5 MINUTES they took us in a room, SUPER FRIENDLY, and we're able to help my 4 year old remain calm. The second time was this month when my 6 year old injured herself, again staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, turned on the TV and had Bluey on the screen which helped the kiddos be calm. Doctor is VERY FRIENDLY, GENTLE; my kids were very happy to be there! The facility is VERY CLEAN! QUICK SERVICE! FRIENDLY STAFF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Do not visit this practice. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional and are outright liars.
I called them after I was diagnosed with a compress fracture on my lower spine L2 and was in a lot of pain. I clearly stated that I was not able to see my personal physician for 4 days and needed medication for the pain in the interim. They said they would be able to help out so I drove over, completed paperwork and waited to see the physician. After he saw me he provided no paperwork but said he would call in 2 prescriptions, one for pain and another for inflammation. As I was leaving I asked for my ID and Insurance cards back and they stated they had given it to me which was not the case. One of their representatives came to me insinuating that they had returned the ID and cards and then reviewed security cameras where he saw that they did in fact never return them. Turns out the receptionist had misplaced them.
After 3 hours waiting in pain I found out that the doctor lied to me and only called in one medication, the anti inflammatory but nothing for pain. Now most of the day has passed and I essentially wasted my time and more importantly do not have anything for pain until I will be able to see my personal doctor next week.
When I questioned them on why I was lied to I was advised to return to the ER.
Avoid these charlatans at all costs.
