The doctor is very nice and attentive, and the doctors assistant is also very nice and attentive, however, their administrative process seems to be broken. They weren’t able to call in my prescription so I had to go in physically to the pharmacy to drop it off and wait while I was already feeling horrible, and apparently there was a problem with the pad on which they wrote the prescription which caused further delays at the pharmacy. Again, the doctor was excellent and very kind. It’s possible they will get the administrative issues worked out by the time you read this review.

This place is and was a godsend for me!! I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff.
Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time.
Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her!
Again From the bottom of my heart Thank You Dr Hamid and staff for saving my life and being there in my darkest times!!

My two visits in 2023 were covered by insurance. A month after my April 2024 visit last month, I received a $200 bill in the mail...turns out they no longer accept my insurance, which they never mentioned even after running my insurance card during my visit in April.

My annual checkup was $180 (after my $20 co pay), which is absolutely ridiculous given that the "checkup" was literally 3 minutes long (not to mention the doc was 30 minutes late). I called to dispute the charged, only to find out that they mistakenly overcharged me, so they now charged me $145 for the checkup. I asked for a breakdown documentation of the checkup, but was told they could only send once I paid the balance. This was my third attempt calling to discuss my bill, so I just gave in.

The staff has always been friendly to me since I have always treated them kindly, but I am pretty fumed right now given this ridiculous situation. At the very least I should have received a large discount for the poor excuse of a "checkup".

I was severely ill 5 weeks ago, chest pain and cough I went there and Dr. Hamid was amazing, the staff were very nice and very professional, a week later I went to my family doctor to follow up with my case and showed him everything I was given by Dr Hamid, my doctors was impressed and told me that Dr Hamid took your case seriously this is great. So thank you Doctor hamid and staff for taking care of me.
