The staff in the dental clinic is horribly off-putting. They act like a gang, and if you have a question, they're ready to show you the always-locked door. Bad tactics all-around, from the extremely fake smiles, to the demeaning, passive-aggressive way they talk down to you. There is definitely someone in charge, and that person used every tactic in the playbook on me after I asked the receptionist why they were running a 1/2 hour late on my 9:15am appointment (they open at 8:30am, I was there at 8:50am). This person does NOT like questions or complaints, and it's an immediate ultimatum: either sit down and shut up, or you are "totally free to leave at any time" with a HUGE fake smile. Bad people, doing bad things to poor people. They have a wall covered in donor plaques. I'm tempted to contact every one of them.

to SHERI JO and the staff here at conejo free dental clinic!! Ms.SHERI is heaven sent and I am so blessed to have met her, she helped my little 12 year old niece with a really bad tooth problem she had, she had no insurance and just came from Guatemala. This angel and her whole staff was ready and willing to help right away. I have never seen a team work together so hard for someone ever!! But anyway they made it possible and got her tooth saved!! Thanks to them my niece can eat and live pain free! Everyone is so kind and compassionate and they love what they doo. May God bless you guy's for doing what you do for ppl like us. A BIG THANK YOU!! 😌❤️

This feedback applies to the free dental clinic. Medical staff is cool.

While I appreciate the free dental services at this clinic, I've noticed that both staff members, who are salaried, seem excessively rude. It's important that even in a free clinic, patients are treated with respect. Disappointment!

I am very happy this clinic is open for those of us that do not have insurance. I had insurance for the last 30 years of my life. I was treated very well and am pleased that they were so kind and caring. I think more people should look into the clinic and not wait until they have to go to Urgent care or the Hospital.

very kind people. APPT ONLY!! pretty quick service. took care of my medical need effectively. will come back again if need be. NOTE: it is difficult to find. the clinic and parking lot are behind the building.

Very accommodating, and informative !! Defiantly helped with both of my children's health concerns. Office very clean and organized. Would defiantly recommend !!!
