Dr. Lin will be reported for denying continuous care. He prescribed a 14-day supply of medication, despite the fact that it is only dispensed in 30-day supplies. As a result, I am now out of medication and will experience a lapse tonight.

When I contacted the after-hours line to request a correction, Dr. Lin berated me for doing so. Instead of addressing his mistake, he refused to correct the prescription, directly causing this lapse in critical medication.

Dr. Lin’s conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent. His failure to take responsibility for his error has put my health at risk.
