It all went very well. After checking in, in less than two minutes I was directed to a room . I waited less than two more minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor (Hamid, I believe) was great. He understood my symptoms, (a nasty cough and sore throat for 10 days) and completed his exam. We discussed treatment possibilities. He recommended an antibiotic, three days later I am symptom free!

One Medical is always a breath of fresh air compared to urgent care or any other Doctor’s office. The staff are nice, and the whole facility feels clean and safe.

Very cozy and welcoming clinic! Cece at the reception desk is super helpful and a calming presence while waiting in the spacious lounge. There are books for kids, and outlets along the bottom of every bench in case you need to charge up.

My doctor, Dr. Delavar, took me in on time as scheduled and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. He showed me how the One Medical app works and how the results of my visit would all be integrated there, and sure enough, my records and results showed up no problem!

I also had lab tests done—vaccinations, blood draws, and urinalysis. The lab tech was wonderful and skilled with the needles, I barely felt any pain at all.

Overall I'm glad I gave this place a try despite the singular 1-star review of it here on Maps. Even though it isn't the closest clinic to me, I think I'll be making this my regular place for medical checkups from now on. Here's to hoping they stay spectacular years from now!

Not surprised at the poor ratings of this place. Was told I could come by at any time to pick up a test kit. Went there five minutes after the “lab” closed and was told I needed to come during lab hours to pick up a literal cup. Door to the lab was open and the people were there too but they refused to hand it to me. Ridiculous. Now I have to wait another day in pain to take a much needed test… seriously go elsewhere!

Good facility and good doctors. The issue is you can never connect with anyone with these apps. If you need a quick answer for something you cant even call someone you have to go through the app and be subject to days on end of waiting.
