I cannot recommend Jena highly enough! She was absolutely incredible and integral to our positive birth experience. From the very beginning, she provided unwavering support, valuable information, and genuine care. My husband and I still laugh about how she taught us to diaper a baby for the first time and here we are now, pros at it. Jena's calming presence and guidance made all the difference during labor and delivery. The positioning, breathing, and other support were so needed. I felt extremely comfortable with her. Jena was also always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, making us feel confident and prepared. Her dedication and passion for her work are truly commendable. Jena was beyond wonderful!! It was our first experience using a doula and our daughter’s second child. Jena is such a peaceful, patient, calm, and loving person with lots of experience and answered all of my daughter’s and our family’s questions so well. I cannot praise her enough!!! Jena worked with our family as a postpartum night doula for two weeks and I couldn't have been happier with her. I was nervous about bringing a stranger into our house during a vulnerable transition period for all of us, but Jena was a bright and completely unobtrusive presence. She was warm, supportive, and amenable to all of our parenting specifics--the Snoo, combo bottle/breast/formula feeding, etc. No judgement at all. This is our second baby and I still learned a lot from Jena, both in terms of caring for myself and my newborn. And the way she offers her expertise is super gentle. She's great with communication, always on time, and super professional. I'd recommend Jena to anyone looking for a kind, informed, loving, and engaged doula. Can't imagine anyone better.

We were a little apprehensive about getting a doula in general but decided to pull the trigger as more support is always better.

Jena was so helpful and wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgable from start to finish, whether it was pregnancy, birthing, babies, post delivery recovery etc.

She really listened to our needs and desires and shapes our experience to match that mold. If we had off the wall questions, she was great about looking into things and getting back to us too!

We ended up having a c section, and we could not have her in the operating room, but we still thought it was beyond worth having her for the pre and post delivery visits. The knowledge and help was felt well beyond the delivery room.

The hardest part about hiring her is now that we are through it, we will missing having her around our new family. She coordinates family hikes, so once our little one is old enough we plan to see her on a trail!
