Highly recommend Dr. Chi . Only had to see him a couple times, but he was very thorough, understanding and respectful of my concerns. He also came highly recommended to me by friends and highly respected medical professionals in the community. Glad I listened.

11/25/24 It has been awhile since I have seen Dr Chi and my last review. ( see above) so I wanted to update. I recently went with super high anxiety regarding a finding in my breast . His front office staff along with Dr. Chi could not have been more attentive and understanding . The staff was helpful and went above and beyond with anything I needed help with. Dr Chi explained things in a way I could understand, was very knowledgeable and helped keep me calm in what was a scary time for me . Thank you Dr Chi and staff for treating me like a person and not just a number . No doubt in my mind you genuinly care for each and every one of your patients. ❤️

Horrible human being. Cancelled my appt said because Iitigated against him regarding giving me wrong antibiotics during a gallbladder surgery in 2012. Told the manger and doctor I never saw him before. I had my gallbladder out in the 1990s by another surgeon in different city. He insisted he remembered me. I told them to call my employer because I wasnt even living in the same part of the state in 2012. Then asked if my PCP could talk to him re the surgical consult for Breat cancer. Dr Chi lied to my PCP and said they had records I saw him in 2000. Now the date changed. Called to have a release of records from Dr Chi because I never saw him . I'd like to see the records.Guess what No records. These are disgusting human beings!!! When you go about lying about people and hurting their reputation it's called Defamation if Character. Maybe now I should think about litigation! Thanks for giving me the idea! You are foul Dr Chi! And so is your office staff!! This is how you treat a human being. You took the Hippocratic oath to do no harm,but that exactly what you've done. Evil.
I'm using a different name to protect my identity but we just spoke today so you know who I am. The audacity to lie to my PCP about me too. Terrible! Hope karma hits you hard

I chose Dr Chi as my oncological surgeon and I have never been sorry-there
have been more times than not when I have had to wait and appointments have been rescheduled.BUT my priority is getting the best care possible and that spells Dr Chi for me. I am retired so it makes my circumstances a bit more easy to deal with perhaps. My time is important to me of course, but getting excellent quality care is most important to me. At the end of the day nothing else matters.

Love the doctor and most if his staff. He has wonderful bedside manner, is extremely knowledge and will educate you on procedure. He is hard to get an appointment with I assume because he is good doctor. I had thyroid surgery and would gladly recommend him.

I wish I could tell you how wonderful this doctor is. 4 appointments. All of them with this doctor either running a minimum of 1/2 hour to a full hour late or the office calling and rescheduling 30 minutes before your appointment time. Never got to see him. Looking for another surgeon who cares enough about his patients or soon to be patients to run his office and manage his time more responsibly. I wouldn't have given him a full star but apparently thats the least you can give.

A good surgeon however, he always runs very late, the staff over books him and often cancels appointments. Too many other great drs. in town. Your time does not seem to matter to the office. I selected another surgeon. In short...your time means nothing to this office. Mrs. Ross

My brother was really sick, Dr Chi and the Los Robles staff took care of him 110%. I couldn't ask for a more caring, direct, informative Doctor. He talks to you, let's you know what is to be expected. Tries to take the conservative route until there is no other choice but surgery. I wish we had taken my brother to him alot sooner!

Dr Chi is amazing and so kind and gentle. Helped me through my cancer treatment years ago and just had surgery on a hernia. Love him!
