Dr. Javidan is one the most brilliant Urologists in greater Sacramento area. He is very patient with the patients, carefully listens to all concerns, & offers viable solutions. Unlike other doctors, he doesn't look at the clock. He is very thorough with his diagnosis. His friendly demeanor puts patients at ease. I am truly fortunate to have him as my Urologist.

We have had the best experience with Dr. Javidan. And his staff has been amazing. Waleed is his PA, he is utterly amazing. Is kind, gentle and took extra time to answer every question that I could have. We love the staff at this office!!!

Dr. Javidan is an elite Urologist! He has gone above and beyond for me over the years, and i have needed a LOT of procedures and care.

The other low-scoring reviews are likely centered around having a long wait period -- trust me when i tell you that the in-depth care and attention to detail you will receive is worth waiting an hour.

100/100 quality of care; send your loved ones to see Dr. Javidan, because he is compassionate, and most importantly he is as thorough as any Doctor can be.

Dr. Javidan is an excellent Urologist. He treatment my grandfather very well. He took the time to thoroughly explain my grandfathers condition and the treatment options. He was very kind and caring. He is truly a world class surgeon and I’m thankful to have had him as my grandfathers urologist.

Ridiculous place! Never ever making an appointment with this office again!!! Front office staff is TERRIBLE and management too. Gave up on trying to see the Dr. Javidan. This office has strange rules and policy for the referral that they never provide on hands to their patient and never inform about them. Promised calls to schedule an appointment never happened. I will not recommend to other people to deal with this office. In my opinion, it’s better to find another office with better qualified personal! Wish I can put “ negative start” for this review!

Not a promising place. Took almost 2 months for them to see a new patient. The receptionists and Doctor lie about everything just to extend the waiting period and lag on everything. 3 whole month past by and we can't even get an appointment to remove my dad's kidney stone. Even when my dad went to the ER twice, Dr. Javidan still wouldn't do the procedure. He wants my dad to go home and schdule an appointment. But since the kidney is too big, he put in a tube from the kidney out through my dad's back so the urine can come through. It took them forever, past 3 weeks just to make any appointment. This place is really stressful to deal with. Worst place ever, especially when you are in desperate needs of the Doctor to help and he's hesitant and wouldn't do anything except try to buy time. Finally, we made the decision to change Doctor. We were so happy, and made the right choice. I would not recommend Dr. Javidan to anyone. Worst experience ever in my whole entire life. I was so stressed out dealing with this practice.

I've had no problem with the front office or any of the doctors. There can be a bit of a wait some times bad the front office can get a bit crowded but at least there is comfy chairs to sit in, free cold water bottles, and they have said they will be expanding. The doctors I have met with, and Dr Javidan, have been very helpful, answer all my questions and do a good job explained what is going on with my health, what options I can take for remediation, and the risks involved with the options. I felt like they had my health in mind when giving advice.
