Customer service was Not so great. Great for returning items from Amazon, but do not go here for your print or copy needs. There is a box store down the street. I found very kind and useful and budget friendly.

This is primarily a medical supply store. This location can accept packages but little else.

When I shipped two packages from this location, they were completely unprepared to supply boxes and clean package filler (like bubble wrap or paper). They do not keep packaging supplies in stock.

I scheduled a notary appointment on the UPS website without realizing this was the same location. I went in, and they said their notary is at “another location” today. I will also be leaving a comment on the UPS website because they’re advertising services they don’t offer. Why would it let me schedule an appointment where they don’t offer that service

All the items you'd expect to find at a UPS Store and a few extras.

This store is very clean and nicely arranged. The entire store is easily ADA accessible and there's an ADA parking spot directly in front of the entrance.
A friendly customer held the door for me on his way out, and staff held it for me on my way out.
Staff offered their kind greetings as I entered and wished me a pleasant day as I departed.
My package was treated with care and the transaction was handled quickly.

Definitely a good place to take care of your shipping needs.

What more can I say.. Great staff, friendly customers, clean store.. 🙂

Worst customer service experience. The content of the package that I’ve shipped got stolen (box was delivered empty) and when I came to file a complaint the manager laughed like there was something funny.

He said he filed the claim after I got mad but refused to provide me with a claim number and claimed that it would take some time to get a claim number and that I should leave my phone number which I know he’s lying.

The two people that were working there were absolutely fabulous. One of them helped me ( a very handsome man) and the other one (a very beautiful woman) helped the other person that came in.
I am a senior woman myself and I very much needed help.

Passport photos were rejected by the post office because they were too big. I've been trying to get my refund for a month now but the manager is never in and only he can issue refunds. Very frustrating.
I left the photos and my info. Let's see how that works.
Update. I got my money back. The manager left it in an envelope but didn't tell the staff or call me. No communication
