Professional from start to finish, no wait, greeted as soon as I arrived. Medical technicians and radiolgy department professional and efficient. PA explained my condition thoroughly, excellent bedside manner, never felt rushed even though I know they're on a tight schedule. Offered several options for rehabilitation of my injury. I couldn't ask for a better medical experience. Highly recommend.

Trying to schedule an appointment at the listed number (which is the number they called me from due to the referral) has had me on holds over 1 hour long 3 times now. Just got through to a human finally… this is absurd. I have been a patient with PAMF up in Silicon Valley my whole life and have never had such issues with getting through to scheduling but I recently just moved to Santa Cruz so it seemed to be an issues specifically with this location. To say I am unimpressed is an understatement. Not sure if there is an issue with the phone line or they’re under staffed or what but this needs to be addressed.

I’ve been trying to speak to someone in my doctors office for 45 minutes to tell them something might be wrong and get some medical advice. I’ve been told three times that the nurses haven’t come in for the day yet (it’s 9:30 and was initially told they’d be in at 8:30) and have been on hold altogether for almost half an hour. There’s no hotline, no other number to call, and no way to call my doctor directly. The quality of care here is appalling and terrifying.

It seems they do not answer the phone, so scheduling anything with them feels impossible. For two days now I've tried calling in and have been hung up on after waiting for over 2 hours, and then the next day tried calling and have still not spoken to anyone and it's been over 2 hours again. Maybe their doctor's are great, but the management is so bad that getting care is inaccessible.

If I could leave a no star review, I would. Ineptitude abounds. These covid restricts are getting out of hand. When you wait 4 months for an appointment and then are told you have to reschedule because you have a child with you, Its time to reconsider your silly covid restrictions. I could not accompany my child to her appointment where important information is being told about possible medications, because I have her younger sibling with me. I have never had an experience with this location that wasn't difficult.

Whenever I try to call to make an appt, etc I’m on the phone waiting anywhere between 15minutes and 1 hour. It’s completely ridiculous! Whenever I go in, none of the 5 receptionists are on the phone! They just put people on hold or just don’t answer, very rude and irritating!

Doesn’t matter is your on time you always end up waiting 30 minutes to see the doctor, sometimes it can be longer Check-in the people are very flat. It comes across as snotty. It's like your interrupting them
