She is difficult to talk to and has very poor listening skills. Just had an appointment, and she wouldn't listen to me, I had to repeat myself three times at one point.
Tthe office staff are inconsistent. They regularly give incorrect or incomplete instructions for visits, fail to do basic tasks, and it takes months to get basic things like medication adjustments done.
Pleasant people, but they will waste your time and likely cause you medical difficulty and headaches.
