Had a procedure done here and Melanie the LVN was the best of the best
The doctor wasn’t even around and didn’t even step in to acknowledge my presence
Melanie needs to get the pay he would receive cuz she earned it NOT him

If ever I have to come back here I am definitely requesting her

Too often these folks get no recognition
Start opening your mouths peeps
Give credit where credit is due. These high paid folks Could care less if we see them
But someone like Melanie sure would appreciate a kind word to their supervisors and above

This Sutter Home PAMF clinic (serves general surgery and many other specialties) should be avoided if at all possible. The receptionists are cold and heartless when it comes to patients wants or needs. Oh, and DONT BE LATE, not even a few minutes or you will need to reschedule your appointment for another month out. Horrible experience.
