My most recent experience was great. Signed me in and a few minutes later I was being attended by a nurse. Only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the first time I visited they assigned me a Dr. that doesn’t usually work there (without my knowledge) and my insurance didn’t cover their services and I had to pay ~$200.

I typically don't write reviews, but everyone in this clinic deserves some recognition. I came to this urgent care because my right ear became blocked by some earwax. Had it happen once and it was straightforward... Something about this time was way worse and painful, and I ended up passing out on the nurse. When I realized what was happening, there were 5 or 6 nurses immediately at my side. All of them so sweet, caring, efficient. I'm sure that's not a common occurrence for urgent care, but they all responded so quick and were exceptional. Stuff like that never happens to me, and they made me feel safe throughout it all. Eventually, the amazing PA Shannon Murillo helped with my ear problem after my vitals were okay. Very grateful for the incredible team you have there and thankful to have found a good place for quick care for smaller issues.

I am so sad to give this place one star because I know one bad apple shouldn’t ruin the whole pack but my goodness gracious, receptionist Merna has completely been rude and horrible to us over and over again I cannot possibly let anyone else endure her so I am leaving this here in hopes the clinic’s management either gives her more advance training in how to treat other humans or remove her completely. We have visited this place almost a hand full of times because of the location convince but our experiences with her have been absolutely horrible. She is rude off the bat, always in a bad mood, unhelpful, straight up mean and has a terrible demeanor. I can’t imagine how other families who don’t have a strong center manage to deal with her horrific attitude.

I had a quick and pleasant visit despite my reasons for going. The person at the front check in was helpful and the nurse, Marie and my MA Maryan were so kind and helpful to me for the whole visit. The whole staff seemed very happy. The nurse practitioner Heath was very kind and helpful in my treatment.

This place is such a disconnect from so many medical places, especially any urgent carenive ever been to! Everyone is LOVELY: front desk, scheduling, PA'S, nurses! We've been a handful of times, many have been there every time, the care is quick, clear and again, everyone has a wonderful attitude! Thank you!

The nurse Diana was sooo nice and informative. The NP that saw me was as well. He had a lot of patience with me and all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, even if though I went a hour before closing. I would definitely recommend and go .

When my children, husband or I are not feeling good this is a perfect place to go, it’s quick, clean, and love the customer service, no matter what their day might looks like dealing with lots of sick ppl, they still manage to be patient , listens to your concerns , & be polite & courtesy, definitely recommend this care clinic

My experience was wonderful the receptionist was welcoming with a smile the nurse was very helpful Diane my doctor Dr Scott both him and the nurse was very informative very detailed very inviting beautiful smiles great bedside manner I will definitely come back again it was a pleasant time at the doctor's office.
