From the beginning to the end of my visit every employee was five star. The receptionist welcomed me in a friendly manner making me feel at home. I filled out the forms that were required for my visit and I was taken back immediately by a physician assistant who was superb. His name is Ken. I was immediately taken to the X-ray room or X-rays were performed. The physician treating me Dr Yoo was fantastic kind and had an attentive Year to my history. He came up with an excellent plan and I was ultimately finished with my appointment. The overall experience with the group was superb.

Dr. Hacker, Ken, and the entire team at Grossmont are so incredible! I would highly, highly recommend them. They truly care about their patients. Unfortunately, medical care often feels much like a business nowadays with doctors giving mediocre care and trying to make a quick buck. Dr. Hacker and his team are the exact opposite of that. He and his team not only want to make sure that they take care of the medical issue at hand but also do it in a way to help their patients save money, if possible. He and his team are personable, funny, and wonderful to be around. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Scott Hacker here for years and must say that I truly appreciate him and his team. They are a fun bunch, with great bedside manner, but most importantly, I trust them. I've dealt with ongoing pain for many years, and went through 6 doctors prior to finding Dr. Hacker. He was the first one that actually listened to me and validated my symptoms. Even though the scans didn't show issues, I still had pain and he was kind enough to listen to me and guide me through my options to get better. I've had two surgeries with him and may have a third later this year. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Dr. Hanson is simply the best! His expertise and knowledge is top notch, his caring and communication with his patients is superior. He always takes the time in his very busy office to explain things, listen to concerns and then takes action to assist in any way he can. Dr.Scott Hackers office and staff are awesome! They are absolutely outstanding. This is an honest, not paid review.
Dr.Hacker is a wonderful Dr. who listens, advocates for his patients, is extremely knowledgeable and honest. Not only is he kind, funny, has a great bedside manner, but he’s genuine. I really have always had a great experience here. It’s my 3rd time visiting this practice.

I’d like to give a shoutout to the staff who always go above and beyond: Greg, Priscilla, Evelyn, Taylor,RJ, Melissa, Elizabeth,Tiffany, the xray tech, Ken and most of all,Dr.Hacker who’s been treating me for multiple issues and has done me solid. I truly appreciate him and his office.

Best I have been to! Everyone in the office was professional, courteous, and kind and made me feel great about my decision to have my hip surgery with them. They are great with communication and on top of things.

Dr. Andrew Yoo has a great way about him, seems like a really good guy, really seems like he knows his stuff and he made me feel comfortable right from the start. I checked around and he is highly respected among his peers in the orthopedic field.

Prior to going to Grossmont Orthopaedic Medical Group

I was referred by my provider to a couple of different doctors. When I left those places I felt completely uncomfortable about the surgery, they did not instill any confidence in my moving forward with them.

I have had the best orthopedic treatment at Grossmont Orthopedic facility. Doctor Peter Hanson and Doctor Andrew Yoo are experts in orthopedics and are uniquely attentive of my medical issue. They are extremely knowledgeable possessing innate kindness, sincere interest in patients and truly listen to patients. They make sure that you understand the diagnosis, prognosis and possible options in a clear manner.
From their friendly receptionist, their entire accommodating staff are exceptional. When I walk in to their office, I feel a deep sense of security to know that I will get treated by an attentive, caring and knowledgeable staff.
