I have been a patient of Dr. Bajwa's for about 2 years since moving to Elsinore. Very happy with my decision to choose him. He is very attentive to my needs, and he always asks questions, making sure I am not forgetting anything. I have been through 2 knee surgeries, total replacements, with complications both times, and Dr. Bajwa was very sympathetic and concerned about my post-op recovery. His office staff and nurses have always been kind and courteous and helpful when I had questions.

Dr Bajwa is adequate as foreign doctors go. Listens carefully but has the “Optum” time constraints. The staff was very rude on my first visit. They refused to address me by my middle name, which I noted on new patient paperwork & reminded when in office. The location & internal structure remind me of a 1960s barrio clinic.

I'm an existing patient and was just calling trying to get a standard sti screening ordered and they won't order it without an office visit, when during previous visits I was told I could call to get it (pretty standard). The next available appointment was also 3 months away. They don't really care about your health, just the $ from the visit. Really disappointing from a doctors office.

Have been a patient for years since he was the towns favorite on Riverside Drive. But, since he sold his practice to the corporation, it's impossible to reach him or leave him a message. The new corporate staff will tell you NO. It's completely different now. It's no longer going to the town doctor. He works for the corporation now not the patients. The new office staff is very rude. Keeping in case of emergency visit necessary for my medical condition only as a last resort.

The staff here is top notch, I watch the woman in front of me just start pulling out paperwork. There was no order, not even nicely stacked just random pieces of paper and the manager calmy and so nicely helped her walk through her paperwork never getting frustrated and explained. What she needed to bring back for the next appointment. Helped her with all of her questions and never lost her smile. In a situation that could have been incredibly frustrating and annoying she totally kept her cool.

I love Dr. Bajwa. I’ve been going there for years. I want a doctor that listens and has good bedside manners because all this medical stuff scares me. He doesn’t rush you out the office and he doesn’t treat you like your just a number. He actually listens to your concerns. I think he’s a really smart doctor plus he knows had to treat people

Dr. Bajwa really cares. He is just the greatest Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to see. His staff is great and take care of business. Everyone treats you like family. Caring, and truly concerned. Happy to see their patients. Noone rushes you. They have a walk in time with no appointment necessary. Very rare to have a doctors office have a walk in time. He visits you at the hospital. He calls to check up. My whole family now goes to Dr. Bajwa. Once they meet him they change to him. I know one day he will retire. This worries me. I know I will not be able to find a doctor like Dr. Bajwa ever again . He has a calling to serve and it shows in his caring, professional nature. I encourage everyone who feels they need to change to look into this Doctor. He is always available for his patients.

Front office female is super rude. Disregarded my situation and urgent need for an appointment and even though an appointment was available she refused to give it to me because “we don’t give same day appointments to new patients” she kept lying and when I would point it out she would say, “we don’t do that”. She got so condescending, I know the doctor is great but the front office, the face of the office, is ruining it
