The intake director is highly unprofessional and lacks active listening skills. Someone fire this individual. Simply asking questions and said name individual was prepared to counter respond. Profoundly disturbing for someone of that age to act more out of character than a 2 year old.

Update* someone else from the company contacted me. Instead of correcting a deficiency, they enabled the individual. If you know your employee has an issue, correcting it is the way to maintain the integrity of your company and the trust of parents. Not to mention it makes the employee better, unless of course they don’t accept accountability. I am a parent trying to find the right fit for my child. Regardless of “facts”, parents should be educated before they sign on for ongoing therapy with this company.

If you are looking for a new provider or if this is the first time you are looking for services for a child with autism, finding ABA services in San Diego can feel overwhelming. The staff at San Diego ABA has made me rethink that. Having a child on the spectrum starts as a path of fear of the unknown and the reality that as a parent, you may need outside help. When you choose to trust San Diego ABA you are getting more than an aba provider. You will gain knowledge of how to address behaviors in any situation that you can apply everywhere. You also actively engage in parent training. They look at your family as a whole and really make sure that the sessions address real life situations. It is always a fluid and ongoing process. I feel empowered as an active advocate for my child not just in the home but in the academic education of my child. With the knowledge I have gained, my child is able to attend mainstream classes at a private school. This growth would only be possible with the ongoing dedication, care and hard work from our awesome case manager, Lauren and all of the compassionate, hard working RBT's that provide direct service to my child. I cannot say too many positives about my experience here and I urge you to call and speak to Nick, Lauren or Taylor to chat about your child and how they can begin to put you on a path to success. You are not alone and you are making the right choice by partnering with San Diego ABA.

San Diego ABA have been absolutely amazing for my youngest. Nick has been so helpful with all my questions and getting insurance compliant. Stephanie and Nick have been amazing helping my daughter and our family work through not only behavioral issues, but the chaos of life in COVID-19 and making sure our daughter is thriving. I could not recommend them enough, I am so thankful we were able to find them and can’t wait to see even more progress to come.
