The Dental staff is extremely experienced and provide the best care in a way that makes you feel like a VIP. I highly recommend Cardinal Dental to any age for all your dental needs.

FIVE stars for the staff and dentist. ZERO stars for Carol the hygienist. She is rude, unprofessional and rough with patients. Both my daughters (young adults) were seen by her and both had a very bad experience. They felt she was heavy handed and impatient, and felt that she was rushing through their cleanings. She made rude comments to them as well and made different recommendations than the dentist. It's a shame we won't be going back there...they really should hire another hygienist!

I highly recommend cardinal dental. Due to the complex dental accident I had in the past with multiple visits to the dentists with crown placement and multiple root canals, I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Cardinal dental was the 3rd place that I had to change from my previous place as most dentist usually focus on making money and recommending to do unnecessary procedures. All the team member was very welcoming, Doctors were very knowlegeable and explained the procedure in details before which made me feel very comfortable. I had to go back multiple times due to the problems with fillings but the staffs and doctors were very patient with me and try to fix the problem every time i was there.Crown replacements i got was amazingly look like my other teeth which were very successfully done. Make sure to discuss plans (treatments and payments) with Victoria who is very knowledgeable and advocate for patient care. Thanks again for such wonderful care team cardinal!

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I cannot stress this enough. The issue I have is with the hygienist. She is nice, don't get me wrong. She is kind, but her technique was lacking. It's common to find your gums bleeding after a dental cleaning but it isn't "normal" if you have healthy gums. Each time I go to this particular hygienist she makes me bleed. I have healthy gums and teeth, but she makes me so uncomfortable I feel like a newbie is scrapping my teeth. I leave with the taste of iron in my mouth after she uses a little water to assist in my rinse. I wish there was more done to help get the taste out of my mouth. Again, I want to stress that the customer service is amazing. It comes down to training and technique. This hygienist needs to be evaluated or at least be trained to not be so rough. Cardinal, please look into this. It never hurst to remind staff to be gentle.

I’ve been going to Cardinal Dental for 3 years and have always had a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and the hygienist, Carol, is possibly the kindest person I’ve ever met. I’ve always hated the dentist but have always had good experiences here, highly recommend Cardinal Dental!

PLEASE HEAR THIS OUT:
I've actually waited for over a year to post this. I've gone back to my original dentist since enduring this Cardinal Sin Dental office, to fix everything before my anger set.

I'm 42, needed some crowns on my molars. They did the job, and the next 6 months of going back to them began as the nightmare job never finished. They left the concrete stuff everywhere around my teeth first of all, didn't clean their work and it cut my mouth up. They admitted fault, cleaned it up next round when they put my permanents in. THEN, they were so inept that I had to go back constantly to shave the misshapen molars back into place, cuz you know, they were cutting my tongue and mouth from being wrong.

Add all of this to not being able to eat LITERALLY ANYTHING stronger than the crust of bread for a year and not being responded to, refunded, or held responsible, I drove back 30 minutes further to my old trusted dentist.

Even after the $15,000 in 4 molar root canal and continuous restructuring work at my trusted dentist, I'm so glad I'm able to live my life again after Cardinal Sin Dentistry ruined a lot of my life, taking thousands of dollars from me to do it.

If I could go less I would! The 1 star goes out to the front staff, good job dealing with a bad situation, really did appreciate some of you.

Apologies to the staff who tried to correct the incredible ineptitude of the dentist/owners who refused to show face while yall took the blame admiraly. Thank you for that again.

I recently switched dentist to Cardinal Dental starting the new year. And thus far, I've had some dental work done by Cardinal Dental and I was very pleased at the level of service and friendliness from all the staff. When the Dr approached me with their treatment plan, everything was very transparent and easy to understand. I felt like the options were clear and for me to choose. As far as the actual treatments, it was nice and comfortable. They were very attentive making sure that I was not in any discomfort during the procedures.
Also, appointment settings were very accommodating and a breeze.
All in all, a solid Dental clinic in my book!

My experience with Cardinal Dental has always been joyful. The staff is real friendly and very professional. I ask a lot of questions and they don’t hesitate to explain to me the work that is being done. I would definitely recommend others to join this office 🙂
