Absolutely rude service and absolutely terrible customer service they have in front desk
I am definitely not recommending to anybody the rudest people ever I seen in my life

I have an appointment here at 7 AM and they asked me to be here at 5:45 AM
I got here at 5:50 and I was waiting on the waiting area which nobody was there after 45 minute at first route lady came in and to her good morning and I was trying to ask her question if that’s the right waiting area and she ignored me five minutes later I ask her again. Excuse me can I have a question and she ignored me again
Second route lady came in and with very bad attitude was checking me in and out of nowhere she was asking for my wife’s birthday and it is my appointment. I don’t know why she was asking for my wife’s birthdayI ask her why she didn’t have any reasonable Answer and finally third Lady came in and gave me the label For the Appointment with very rude attitude absolutely unprofessional team
I think front Desk of the MRI Department or absolutely out of control and bunch of mentally not right people I am asking to management service of this wonderful operation please please give more attention to this area and have them retrain for Customer Service

Starting with the actual appointment: I was scheduled to arrive a half hour before, per reminder instructions. I arrived 45 min before for which I was received with "we cannot see you because you had to be here an hour before". As I continued to explain to this person "but your personnel informed me to be here 30 min before and I am even earlier than that". This person continued on making excuses that his notes said otherwise until he finally agreed to let me get my imaging done. Basically rushed through the appointment as if it was my fault your employees cannot get on the same page regarding appointments. Then, I call asking if the results will be on follow my health for which this lady replied with "I don't know what that is and I cannot give you results over the phone". I never asked for results over the phone, this person was rude and unprofessional. Train your employees on better customer service.

This is the the absolute WORST experience I've ever had trying to schedule an appointment. There's only an automated message telling you hold-but for who? It literally feels like nobody is there. I waited 20 minutes before I had to hangup.. My second call is closing in on 30 minutes. i'm literally writing this review while I wait.

There's zero excuse for this. Where is the SHARP Experience that is touted or is the outpatient medical center not included in that? You say my call is important but it' definitely doesn't appear that way as after waiting some 30 minutes I still haven't spoken to a single person about scheduling an appointment. How is it reasonable to expect anyone to wait 30 minutes to maybe speak with a scheduler?

As mentioned, this is absolutely terrible. I've waited approximately 32 minutes so far and there still hasn't been a single person to come onto the line to speak with me. I need to schedule this appointment so I don't die so I'm going to wait. But this is outrageous bad.

For the SHARP employees who monitor these reviews, tell the managers, supervisors that this is unacceptable service. None of my health needs are being met. I'd give negative stars if I could.

*EDITED: WOw. Posting a poor review got me a faster response than trying to get someone on the phone (-btw, I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment). Kind of strange that they have someone monitoring these reviews instead of on the phone. I'm completely bewildered by what's happening. There's a complete disconnect going on. I've never seen a medical facility run in this manner

The response from "JANICE" was equally strange. It's like nobody read the comments about how bad the scheduling process was. If I'm telling you I'm having difficulties scheduling an appointment due , why would you respond with same number that's been so problematic? That's either a cruel joke or someone who doesn't care about patient welfare. The number provided is the main problem. Calling that number doesn't yield any positive results as the wait times have been more than 30+ minutes*I still haven't been able to actually speak with one single person.. It's shameful and outright embarrassing that this facility is run in this manner

I just want to say thank you to Carly, the R.T.. Thank you for being so thoughtful and doing the extra miles for your patients. I had a rough week dealing with so many things and I went in today, on my birthday, to get an X-ray done. We had a little talked and she handed me a birthday/thank you card with gift cards in it. Thank you for lifting my spirit up, you might not know it, but it was something I really needed. The rest of the staffs were wonderful as well! Thank you!!!

The technicians are great. The receptionists are great. The phone schedulers are the worst. Your time on the phone. Is ridiculous . At least a 10 to 15 minute wait on the phone before they even answer the phone. If they are that busy they need to hire more schedulers. If they say they will call you back when they get the order from the doctor they don’t. If you only use a cell phone it really uses up a lot of expensive minutes. I am going through a work up for cancer and have had to call them many times and really ndon’t feel like dealing with all this.

You guys should hire professional people for only calling center or scheduler center. That’s not fair when people call and stay on hold forever ! Everywhere I see people complain about you guys. People have other thing to do and some people are work have only 10 break at work , they can not hold forever you should taking care of the patient please!

I came to the imaging center for an ultrasound of pregnancy. While approaching the desk I was greeted EXTREMELY RUDLEY by the receptionist Kristen Gardner she yelled at me over the counter while I was telling her I had to sit down I was having pains she yelled and said I need to stay put while she was on the phone. Horrible experience extremely unprofessional!! I will never goto that location again I prefer Kerny Mesa imaging center so much more professional and great hospitality!
