This is an excerpt from an email I sent to Dr. Yamamoto recently.

I'm writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the compassionate care and support you and Kyra provided during the recent passing of my beloved cat, Bailey. It's been 4 weeks since she crossed the Rainbow Bridge for the "Great Nap" and while I'm doing my best to get through this difficult time, I still get quite emotional thinking about her and the loss of her. I want to let you know how much I appreciate your incredible kindness and compassion that both you and Kyra showed me and my boyfriend on that day, January 25th.
From the moment you arrived, I felt a sense of comfort that I desperately needed. Your compassionate presence made the process of saying goodbye much easier to accept. This was the first time I had chosen to have euthanasia done at home and I can honestly say that I am incredibly grateful for making that choice and for choosing your services. Knowing that Bailey was able to drift off in her own bed in my arms surrounded by love, was a precious gift and I am thankful to have experienced such a peaceful farewell. When Bailey passed you and Kyra treated her with the utmost care and dignity, making her look beautiful in the basket with a cozy blanket and a lovely rose from our garden. Your attention to detail and heartfelt considerations did not go unnoticed and made a big difference during such a heartbreaking time. While no one can escape the pain from saying goodbye to a cherished pet, your compassionate way made Bailey's transition a peaceful one and for that, I'm deeply grateful. It was a gift to her and me, allowing us to say goodbye in a comfortable, secure and loving environment.
Thank you again for the meaningful work you do. Your compassion made an incredibly hard day a little easier and I will always remember the kindness you and Kyra showed.

Our sweet Sadie Mae was a nine-year-old Pembroke Welch corgi.
She was in the best of health. Then we realized she was off, she wasn’t herself.
We had blood work done and she had large cell lymphoma. It was devastating news to us.
When she started having trouble breathing, we knew it was time to call Dr. Yamamoto.
We had an area already set up for Sadie.
When they got here, my husband explained we would like them to get set up then I would bring Sadie out. They would administer the medication and when their work was done, we wanted to be left alone.
They were extremely understanding and compassionate and empathetic.
Her associate Kyra was so helpful and so calming they both made a horrible situation a little easier.

Our beloved pet dog, Sirius passed away after 15 great years with us. Peaceful Pets was recommended to us by our Vet and from reviews on nextdoor. During the difficult time of letting our pet go, I reached out to Dr.Yamamoto and scheduled a home visit the next day. Dr.Yamamoto and Vet tech Kyra visited us and made the whole process very peaceful. They were both very kind and empathetic in the manner they performed the euthanasia. They allowed us plenty of time to grieve and treated Sirius with a lot of respect even after his passing away. They explained when I would get the ashes and options to get it earlier if needed soon. We were at peace knowing Sirius will be taken care of with his last rites.

During such a heartbreaking time for me and my family, Peaceful Pets was absolutely amazing. I spoke with Elizabeth, a few days prior to making the difficult decision to put our sweet 17 year old dog Jake to sleep, and she was informative and so sweet.

A few days later I called and Dr. Yamamoto and Sunnie were able to come to our home the same day we made the decision and we're so kind and brought us so much comfort during a very emotional time. As devastating as it was to see our sweet boy cross the rainbow bridge, I cant thank Peaceful Pets enough for helping us get through it in such a peaceful way for Jake and our family. Also, thank you so much for the beautiful card you sent us thereafter 💜

Angels, I cannot think of a better name for Dr. Yamamoto and Sunnie. On a day when my heart was breaking they showed my sweet Howie so much respect and care. At a time when nothing makes grief any better, they brought me comfort, and I knew that my sweet boy would receive the best. I was touched just by how they showed so much love to him as they prepared to take him, allowing him to be wrapped in his favorite blanket.
Thank you, I pray you are rewarded for the love and personal touch you give to everyone one of these treasured pets you help take that walk over the Rainbow Bridge.

I had a wonderful experience with peaceful pets right before Christmas. We lost our girl 12/15. I always knew I would do in-home euthanizing when the time came, and when my girl declined quickly in the last week, Peaceful Pets is exactly who I wanted for her. They came to my apartment and were the most Empathetic women. They were so kind to my husband and I and even allowed our large dog to be there when it was time. I had forgotten to mention we had another dog but they were totally fine with him being there. This is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but they made that decision so much easier and we're so kind.

Peaceful Pets did such a great job. They were punctual and showed so much empathy towards us losing our cat. They were good with our children and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to put a pet down. It is so much better to have it done in your own home then to take them to the vet.
