Lois at security front door is very rude. Your in a position to deal with the public . Everyone that walks in that door doesn't know where to go or who to talk to your job to help the public navigate the hospital..The way you were snapping at people is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional...

stuck on hold for 50 minutes for making an appointment with my primary care provider. this is unacceptable. as someone with autism and several health issues such as carpal tunnel this is an unneeded stress for me. they need to fix their system or they'll continue to lose patients

Dr. Wallace is fantastic! He listens and cares so much about his patient's. He has helped me out in getting me into the right direction I needed, also Staff is great! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a primary.

I usually don’t write reviews especially when it comes to doctors but the care, time, kindness, and humor from the doctor, nurse practitioners and staff are a breath of fresh air (well, maybe not during the fires). Finding great medical care is rare and I finally found it with Dignity Health!

WARNING! Don't trust these people with your medical care, something is seriously wrong here. 3 of my primary care physicians have quit in the last 2 years. After the third one quit, they called to tell me that I had to find care somewhere else to go because no one here was taking new patients...they referred me to the clinic. What a joke!

They were excellent and very caring ... the shift chanced and a young nurse named Will sat and talked with me. He was outstanding. I needed a ride home, and he arranged a cab voucher for me. OUTSTANDING!
