Started laser hair removal last year in about May due to a Groupon ad. Had only two sessions done due to money and moving. The first lady I had never once informed me I should do the sessions in a consecutive order (every 4-5 weeks). Then I started back up almost a year later and had a different lady for three more treatments. Not once have I seen a long term change, only short term changes. I like some of the staff as one front desk clerk informed me I had a free session due to them no longer doing laser hair removal at the Monterey office. However, I was unable to use and get this free session through the caplitola office. Very disappointed in this company as I wanted to see results and nothing long term worked.
