Tried scheduling multiple times. I was initially told I would hear back from them on a Monday (I called Thursday the previous week), they never got back with me. I had to call again and didn't hear from them until the following week. I was told that there wasn't a therapist who met my criteria that was accepting new patients. I moved on. I get a phone call 2 weeks later and was told that they now have an opening. I was given paperwork, which I filled out but had a lot of questions before submitting. I was also given an appointment. I called back to get my questions answered and to inquire about full coverage from my insurance. I was told I would get a call back in a couple of days, and to "hold off" on that appointment until I heard back from them and my insurancewas fully verified- I have NOT heard from them since. In addition, they want you to put a credit card on file and/or a debit card for "no shows ". Things happen and it is a part of life. Thought in all my years I have only missed 1 appointment with a doctor, that doesn't mean that something may come up along the way and I might forget. I have heard HORROR stories about therapy offices charging cards and I am not comfortable about that, and medical doctors offices dont even use that practice at all! Why? Because it is UNETHICAL! I am disabled and live on a very fixed income and can not afford, and should not have to put my rent money and food money up for collateral. This type of practice is unethical to say the least and in my opinion gives off a "used car salesman " type vibe. When I inquired about it I was told "This is a corporation ". Well, yes, it is - but it is a DOCTORS OFFICE FIRST!!! You can not seriously exspect me to buy in to potentially putting myself at risk of having money that I can't afford be taken put of my pocket over something as silly as one missed appointment. The anxiety alone over constantly worrying about an accidentally missed appointment would hender my treatment and wellbeing. It is beyond unethical to have your hand in the patients pocket prior to service, especially since my insurance covers 100 percent of my treatments. I fully understand that the healthcare workers deserve to get compensated for their time but this isn't junior high and we shouldn't be afraid of detrimental setbacks, and when you are on such a limited income such as I am, it would be detrimental. If I am being forced to chose a roof over my head and food I my mouth verses therapy, I'll take the food and shelter. In addition, the staff was grandiose, unhelpful and had an attitude. I still haven't heard back from them about my appointment- which has already come and gone since they never got back to me about my insurance coverage verification but at this point, even if they did call, I wouldn't step foot in thier office. Here I am a potential patient, who's insurance covers 100 percent of my treatments and they lost me as a client because of their shortcomings. I was made to feel as if they didn't care about me in the slightest and all I was was a cattle-call name and number for them to profit from- and all of that was before I've even had a first appointment. No thank you! I'll take my business elsewhere where they actually care about my well-being.

I couldn’t be happier with stumbling upon this company. I reached out on psychology today to look for a therapist. She explained she was not taking new patients but could direct me to one of her coworkers at ADR. Within hours, the front desk was in touch with me. They were so communicative and helpful throughout the new patient intake process/insurance processing. I was so surprised (but in a good way) that I was able to get an appointment that week. It is really easy to schedule consistent appointments and get the support I need. I appreciate the providers are always promptly on time and are just as warm as the office staff. I have nothing but good things to say and have referred people here. Only bummer is I live too far to do in-person appointments! However, the telehealth sessions are just as great. 🙂

I am very disappointed with ADR wellness. I made an appointment with one of their therapists for a telephone introductory phone call. I received an email confirming the telephone appointment, with the wrong time. Irrespective of the time, I never heard from the therapist. I tried calling the office 11 times to clarify the appointment time and no one ever answered the phone. I left a voicemail message and never heard from ADR. A very disappointing first impression/experience.

I absolutely love this place.
I have been through 8 years of Therapy and for the past 4 of them i have struggled to find the right fit.
I decided to try something new and had a great first impression.
The front desk is absolutely 10/10 with customer Service.
I'm grateful for Grace for such a welcoming initial visit with such a sweet and kind attitude.
I then came back for a second visit and met Jac and she immediately gave me an outstanding and warming welcome and offered me tea.
I highly recommend Chiara Franco, i feel like my long search for the right therapist is over.
Finally, the setting of office is so relaxing and it feels very private and safe. I love the decor and the white noise.
Highly recommend 👌

Reviewing "Full Psychological Educational Evaluation": don't go if you think you have a complex case. I was underwhelmed with the report off the bat. It covered the basics, but compared to other reports I've read, it didn't have as much information about how to apply the insights in real life. As time went on we realized the diagnosis was wrong. I also didn't know I could have had the same type of evaluation completed by my child's school at no cost to me; instead I had to pay $2000 out of pocket at ADR, a standard price which is typically never covered by insurance. However ADR had a not-yet-licensed practitioner complete the assessments, which is likely why she was unable to get an accurate diagnosis. She was inexperienced and presumably would only recognize textbook cases. She was supervised by the licensed provider (again this is a common practice, I just didn't think to ask such questions back then), who we never spoke to and who never met our child. Unfortunately, not only did this cost us time and money without helping us, it has actually hindered our ability to get help for our child, because I unfortunately gave this incorrect diagnosis to others who have it in his record now, and it conflicts with his newer more accurate diagnosis and continues to cast doubt on the best way to help him. Overall, while everyone at ADR was "nice", our experience here has only set our family back. Again, the only thing we pursued at ADR was an evaluation (done in 2021), and it is all I'm reviewing.

Really great practice. They are responsive and efficient with billing. My therapist, Cindy Fisher, is the best one I've ever had! Highly recommend her and this practice.

Lucy has been my therapist for a hear now. She has changed my life! She was my EMDR therapist at first. Then she also became my general. I've had alot of therapists and she is probably the best one I've ever had. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Shes so supportive and goes out of her way for her clients. I've had such a great relationship with the staff in that office. They employ amazing therapists. Would highly recommend to anyone with trauma, personality disorders or depression and anxiety. Would also love to give Jodi a big compliment she use to lead one of my groups and she has also made such an impact on my life. Once you get to talking to her you wont want to stop. She is very relatable. She knows when its business and when it's time to really get to know someone. Thank you ADR wellness for changing not just my life. But my sons life. Really. Go if you are ready to change your life
