Highly recommend Healios. The therapists are knowledgeable and open to questions. My daughter has had incredible success with an old ankle injury as well as a recent pulled back muscle. Both facilities in Carlsbad clean and modern. Definitely check them out for any old or new injuries.

In Sept 2023 I was having severe outbreaks on my hands. I sought help through a dermatologist, I used prescription ointments, tried essential oils, tried medications and all kinds of supplements plus multiple rounds of prednisone. By Nov 2023 I ended up stopping everything, all medications and supplements and tried Chinese tea. In April of 2024 my skin continued to be severely raw and bleeding. I was prescribed a new injection medicine for my skin and ended up having severe allergic reaction! In June of 2024 I met the co-owner of Healios Laser Therapy, Kaitlyn Rostomily in Carlsbad, CA.
I began getting weekly treatments of infrared laser therapy along with sessions on their bio charger and infrared sauna.
Within the first two sessions my skin began to heal. Now after 4 months of continued treatment my skin is clear. I am now being treated for a fall I had a couple years ago, for nerve damage from my neck down to my sciatic nerve!
I highly recommend this holistic, non-invasive treatment to any one who is experiencing pain, whether from a sports injury, a fall or normal where and tear. I’m so thankful to have my quality of life back. Thank You Kaitlyn and The Healious Team!

My husband & I went to Helios Laser Therapy for a couple of issues - I have 2 degenerated discs in my L5-S1 & have constant lower back & sciatica pain as well as TMJ pain. My husband was having pains in his hip.

We both had the laser therapy with Kayla & felt instant relief - while treating the target area the laser heats up slowly over 45 seconds - you feel a warm sensation penetrating the skin as your muscles begin to relax…
I’ve received all kinds of “hands on” manipulation from massage to acupuncture to dry needling, chiropractic, physio & osteopaths. What I love about the Healio Laser machine is that it is a “hands off” approach, yes you have someone guiding the machine, but it’s penetrating muscles, scar tissue & issues in a way that hands can’t do or may aggravate more… I left the session feeling completely relaxed and as my day went on, I realized I hadn’t felt any pain in my lower back since before the session. I even had the laser on my sinuses (as I was battling a head cold) & woke up the next day completely better! A huge bonus to the session was getting to experience all the recovery room services: bio charger machine, sauna & ice bath & normatec compression pants. This is the ultimate date day!

I have been receiving laser therapy with Healios Laser Therapy formally known as West Coast Laser Therapy for about 2 years now. I started in Solana Beach with Dacia, from my first treatment on I was sold. It is amazing, it has helped me with my shoulder, back, tennis elbow. I love that they are now in Carlsbad, Olivia was my girl, very sad to see her leave but now I am seeing Julia, she is also amazing, especially with her physical therapy knowledge. Basically I give them a 5 Star!! Highly Recommend!!

I’ve now done several laser therapy sessions through Olivia and Julia in Carlsbad. Both are great, and I’m sure there entire team is no different. I came in to help with inflammation due to torn ligaments/tendons, broken bones, and overall chronic pain. Since these lasers are so powerful, they can offer deep heat from ankles up to neck in one session. It’s helped reduce inflammation and overall pain levels decrease. While doing laser, they make it affordable and easy to take advantage of their other recovery services onsite.
