I'll start by saying I get a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctors and clinics. My visit here didn't feel like the typical cold sterile urgent care visit. The well-designed modern lobby helped set the tone. Then my visit with the nurse and doctor was pleasant as well. Great bedside manner from Dr Karen, who took her time to answer my questions and explain what was going on in my body. The process was quick and smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again and recommend it to others as well.

Made an appointment. Was not called back into the room until about 45 minutes later. Then after nurse’s assistant whom was veri friendly took my vitals, I waited almost an hour in the room until the Nurse Practitioner saw me. She was friendly and thorough. The exam room chair didn’t have the removable sanitary paper on it like other urgent cares do, so I hope they disinfect in between patients. I left the office two hours after my scheduled appointment. I wont return to this urgent care unless I can’t get in anywhere else.

The staff there were great! They were compassionate and showed that they cared and I felt well taken care of. It took us several hours to find an urgent care that was open and we were so grateful that they were open until 7 PM. I would definitely go back there again before returning to any of the other places.

I came here after hurting my foot and made an appointment to have it checked out and get x-rays , which the website says they charge $85 extra for ( totally fine with that ) . I showed up and was told they’re over an hour behind , no phone call ahead of time or heads up. I was told I can go home , wait in my car or the lobby , but due to the fact I couldn’t walk because of my injury they would not provide an crutches or wheel chair assistance until after my appointment . Let me mention I am also 5 months pregnant , so hopping around on 1 foot was a major concern . We asked 30 minutes later how things were moving and she said it would still be another hour . We asked if having X-rays would delay that and she said they would check us out there and then send us to San Marcos for X-rays , which the website does not specify . So I waited for absolutely nothing . They had 1 doctor on site and about 10 patients waiting in the lobby , some who were told they were 2 hours behind . Long story short I canceled and went elsewhere . Absolutely ridiculous and an awful experience -will never go back there again .

Terrible customer care - we made an appointment and still had to wait two hours to be seen. They did not care at all that people were waiting for so long. There was no sense of urgency or timeliness. The nurse and PA sat and talked, commented on how dark it was, etc… it’s like they were on a coffee break. I asked how much longer after an hour and fifteen minutes. They were both sitting with each other and talking, which is fine as long as people aren’t waiting for two hours. Such a waste of everyone’s time with no accountability from the staff.

The facility was very clean & very calm. I had a set appointment for a drug test for a new job and I was brought back as soon as I checked in. The staff was very polite & professional. My appointment was finished within 10 mins. One of the smoothest experiences I have ever had in any urgent care/testing facility.

Came in as a walk in and I was told I could go home and they would call me 15 minutes before I would be seem. What a great perk!
Gina the PA that helped me was super nice !!!
I just loved everyone that worked there. It is so clean and has such a nice ambience!!!!
