Dr. Romero was amazing at my first visit! She was friendly, engaging, and answered any and all questions that I thought of. I was also really impressed with the process of getting started with One Medical. As somebody who has managed medical practices for five years, I have seen the good and the bad, and they really have such a seamless process in place! I feel very lucky to be able to have them on my medical team moving forward!

The appointment itself was a waste of time, not helpful at all and prescribed a medication that cost over $1000. Additionally, the appointment was not covered under my one medical membership which seems like a complete scam. I will make sure I tell everyone not to use onemedical, definitely a manipulative and misleading business.

Grace Vettraino, NP is phenomenal provider. She responds to messages right away. She listens and doesn't judge. She has motivated to go in the right direction of improving my health.
I have never waited in the waiting room. I'm roomed and seen on time. I have had over a six appointments over the past year. I can usually see my provider but if she is not available there are other providers with appointments. Staff in the office is always professional and friendly and the on-site lab is very convenient. I have MDs at some of the better hospitals in Los Angeles and this provider and location tops them all. I wish all of medicine would move to a model of taking the time to see patients and respond in a timely manner.

The current model is that MDs see too many patients and are unable to respond due to the volume. My health declined due to this model. I gave up.

Now, I go to an office that is able to take the time to CARE for their patients.

I don't think I can go back to how it used to be in the past. One Medical has set a new standard for everything: office staff friendliness, doctors and nurse practitioners who really care and listen, and the environment: clean but also like an ikea showroom. I don't dread going to the Dr anymore.

Overall great experience, easy to set up my appointment and when I got there I checked in and within a minute or 2 was greeted by my doctor! Would definitely recommend!

The location is newer so that is nice but I cannot understand why it takes so long to get results for lab work. Also, the lab doesn’t even open until 8am and for people who are up early and have been fasting for 12 hours by 6 am this is not ideal. Considering there is a fee to go here you would think they might be more accommodating. I am definitely considering going back to Scripps where you can get your lab work results within hours!
