I have been a patient of Dr. Ajir's for many years. He is a smart, kind, and compassionate man. Appointments are never rushed. He takes time with his patients, answering any and all questions you have. He is also very responsive when you email or call for information or input on a particular matter. I can't say enough about Dr. Ajir, he's great, and I would highly recommend him.

I had a truly terrible experience with this doctor. He was condescending and dismissive about many of my concerns, including with respect to conditions for which I have received a prior diagnosis. He routinely failed to have my Rx's filled unless I followed up with him multiple times - for prescriptions that I have been taking for decades.

On one occasion, his failure to timely call-in my Rx resulted in my having to wait 45 days to have it refilled due to a nationwide shortage (the pharmacy confirmed that had he called it in on-time, I would have had no issue).

The last straw occurred most recently, in which it took 7 days after an appointment for him to call in the Rx for a medicine (for which lack of access could be life-threatening), despite following up with his office 3 times. It wasn't until I stopped by in person that he finally filled the Rx. This office was an absolute nightmare. Will not be returning.

I can't recommend him enough. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced physician. Dr. Ajir is detailed, compassionate, and an expert in his field. Fluent in both Farsi and English, he provides personalized attention to his patients, ensuring they feel cared for and understood.He also does USCIS medical tests, as well.

We are new to Dr, Ajir's practice but quickly fell in love with his personable bedside manner. He listens intently and gives you plenty of time to ask questions. You will not feel rushed in the office. Office staff is wonderful and are quick to get you in when you are ill. So glad to have found a new doctor that works close to our home in Carlsbad. My old doctor retired a year ago and I am very pleased to have found Dr. Ajir.

My mom has been a patient of this practice since Dr. Duff was treating patients. Dr. Ajir took over her care since and has been phenomenal in her care, proactive in preventing illness and excellent bedside manner. His office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my mom's care.
