The facilities were very nice and clean. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and patient. I just wish there was a way to mitigate waiting so long to only being seen for 10-15 mins. Especially for those who have a long commute. I know it’s not her fault. All in all. She is great.

It took 2 weeks for them to process my referral before I could make an appointment and the soonest appointment was more than 2 months out. But that's okay. It's not like you're seeking treatment for a life threatening condition that is more painful and debilitating every day.
I'm going to be in the emergency room long before my appointment. It hardly matters if Dr. Casey is good if it's too late.

Update. She's a great doctor. Appointments are still difficult.

I met with Dr. Casey twice over video visit. I came to both appointments prepared with specific questions about my diagnosis and the medication being prescribed, my previous lab results, and details of my medical history as it related to why I was seeking her help. She rushed through both appointments speaking over me at times. At the end of my second appointment when I expressed my concern about the rush, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and even mocked the spreadsheet I created to track my lab results. Afterward I came to understand that my appointment had been scheduled for only 20 minutes, but that wasn't my fault and she needed to better communicate that in advance and with respect.
