DO NOT GO HERE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE IMAGINABLE. I was a patient of theirs since 2014. I went to make an appointment today and they said they are no longer accepting new patients. I reminded them that I had been a patient since 2014, along with the rest of my family, and they said because I hadn't been seen since 2019, I would be considered a new patient... The person at the front desk didn't care to make an exception, so I will be taking my entire family care elsewhere. Horrible service and good luck trying to reach anyone in over the phone. It took me 1 full week to actually speak with someone, only to have them tell me I'm a new patient!

Careful…if your insurance changes…and you had a test done on your old insurance…and she doesn’t accept the new insurance. She will withhold test results until you pay. 35 bucks for 5 mins and the front office will call 30 mins in advance to collect payment. Just a warning.

Dr. Etedali has been my doctor for several years. I can honestly say she is a wonderful physician and one I highly recommend. She has a great bedside manner, and is careful to make sure you are always getting the right treatment. She listens and she cares. A great doctor and one I highly admire.

I highly recommend Dr. Etedali. She is warm, caring, knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen to you. She goes out of her way to make sure all your questions are answered, and if needed, she always get a fast referral to address your health concerns. In addition to this, the practice is very conveniently located, with easy parking.

Nice doctor but extremely poorly run office. Front desk has no clue how to answer simple questions and clearly has no healthcare experience. Will force you to come into clinic just to order routine labs—clearly to increase their billables. Archaic style of medicine.
