Very through & detailed. Entire office personnel seems very warm, caring, and highly competent. Husband and wife, are both excellent practitioners.

Ridiculous wait times to get appointment or even talk to someone. Not recommend as PCP or if you have anything urgent to take care off. The reception staff are the least bothered about patients, dont even call you back in 2 days after requesting to be called multiple times.

The doctors are great, but no one ever answers the phone, which makes it almost impossible to make an appointment. I’m bummed, but I think I am going to have to change primary care doctors for this reason.

I get what these comments are saying about wait times but listen up... The US Medical board has made it SO difficult for Dr's today, causing them to have to be too quick w patients! Neither Dr. Chong's will treat you that way! They both care about you; give you time to talk, will listen and help you. The wait will be worth it. - Take a book!

Both husband and wife are good doctors, but and there is a big but. The wait time to be seen with an appt is ridiculous. Last week I had an appt for 345, show up early to do paperwork and still had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Waiting that long for a 10 minute conversation with the doctor is unacceptable. At this appt I needed a referral for physical therapy. I call back 4 business days later to find out who I need to call for an appt and they had not faxed over my information yet. It's been 4 days there is no reason why it shouldn't have been faxed over by the next day. This is the last time I will be going to this doctors office.

I totally agree with Cristina Terry!! Scheduling and wait times are insane. Dr. very good, but if you are not feeling well, which is maybe why you are there, or in pain, then it just does not work. I cannot handle that situation.
