Haven't even went in to get my consultation yet, this is based off of my experience on the phone, my name is Too Too(pronounced Toe-oh Toe-oh) and when she asked me for my name I spelled it out for her and she responds saying "is this a joke". I was offended and thrown off and didn't really know how to respond, I told her i don't know what you want me to say, that's my name. I don't think anyone she ask if someone's cultural name is a joke. So this two stars is just based off of my experience on the phone
